For many years now, I've been saying that insomnium turns sadness into happiness using sadness. It warms my cold dead heart to see others coming to similar conclusions. ❤

As a metalhead, i can say this, Insomnium is by far one of the best Melodic Death Metal Band out there. I wish more bands are like them. Peace and love from Malaysia!

Check out Enshine. Albums Singularity and Origin. The third one in KZread is not by them. Enshine is slower than Insomnium and so good to put you to sleep! :)

Even they are mainstream its good 90 music, eurodance was mainstream and it was realy good music. I think that in Western europe and in Finland main sgream music is mainly awful these days.

This is one of my top 10 metal bands of all time. What an album! The melancholy takes you to a whole other world, and oddly enough, it's music like this that makes me happy, not the poppy shit that mainstream fans listen to. Admittedly, I listen to metal with pop sensibilities, but bands like Insomnium are where my heart is.

New album is almost perfection. Thematically, musically and lyrically. Can't remember the last time I listened to an album so cohesive and made with the consistent level of quality. Truly brilliant! Heart like a grave is the album of the year for me and an instant classic I'll be constantly going back to. Thank you for this masterpiece. I've been a fan for ten years now and you gave me an amazing gift for the ocassion. Here's to ten more years of greatness!

They are one of the greatest jewel in music scene ever . When I v discovered them back in 2007 they became one of my top 5 bands after listening few songs , and I was so surprised that they are unknown band. I m glad that they are not underground anymore. But I think that they deserve even more attention.

@@forestofoctober4688 Their album Mariner is excellent and was a collaboration with the vocalist Julie Christmas. Cygnus is a particular highlight as the album closer. Vertikal and Salvation are two cracking albums as well.

This song feels like a Full-circle coming from "The Elder." So appropriate in my book, seeing as that was the first song I had ever heard by Insomnium... My God how they have evolved...

I'm completely addicted to the new album, I keep coming back to it every other day. I didn't knew the band, I just entered Metal Storm, selected the album with a great score from 2019 and discovered this diamond. No regrets, best musical discovery that had this year, has helped me a lot with the hard work day.

Are you kidding me? It's one of the hottest melodeath bands out there right there on par with Dark Tranquillity or At the Gates. There are so many underrated melodeath bands out there, Insomnium isn't one. They're on the top. And they deserve to be there.

Insomnium is one of the greatest Finnish melodic death metal bands of all time along with Amorphis and just a couple others. You guys tap into what few can.

It does not happen very often, but this death metal touches me to tears. Very beautiful, amazing music!

You just made this woman extremely happy. The day new insomnium drops is a day everyone's eyes should dance with fire. I've hit replay 6 times so far.

Such beautiful and magnificent northern fields.. And perfect melody that follows.

I'm from Brazil, I haven't listened to such a good and dynamic album for a long time! very good!

That type of music is such underated,but very powerfull at the same time for the heart and soul.

The rest of the record could be crap and i would still buy it after hearing this new song. I liked Insomnium but now i’m a definitive fan👍. Cheers from Canada

Great great song... As usual, Insomnium never disappoint... With 2 of my great guitarists, Markus and Jani, I was expecting though that out-of-this-world duo guitar solo.. But who am I to comment ?! I just love how amazingly consistent Insomnium are and how they keep releasing great album after great album. I'm sure Heart Like a Grave will be no exception. I've known them since 2006 when they released the masterpiece Above the Weeping World and although their sound changed slightly when the guitarist of Omnium Gatherum came into the picture (less gloomy, for lack of a better word) they managed to remain cohesive and maintain the quality so they deserve all the kudos and props.

Still one of the most underrated bands in all metal!! These guys writ amazing heavy melodies. 🤘🤘🎸🎸🔥🔥

I don't know how they'll top Winter's Gate but this is a pretty good indicator!

Don’t expect this album to absolutely blow me away like Winter’s Gate, but definitely a solid song

Every album from these guys is better than the last, and they're all so damn good that this is an insane feat. Can't wait to hear more!
