Join Kristyn Rose in this specialized yoga nidra practice for insomnia, to support sleep health and to restore balance into your daily waking life. You will find 45 minutes of guided meditation followed by 45 minutes of gentle music. In those moments of laying in bed late at night, eyes wide open, waiting for sleep, you might use this practice to support you in falling asleep and staying asleep; ensure that you are getting the deep rest that you need, the deep rest that you deserve.
Sleep health is a critical component of our overall health and physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Using systematic relaxation techniques, the practice of yoga nidra prepare the ideal state for the body and mind to effortlessly fall asleep and stay asleep. In this practice, you’ll be guided through the biological sleep cycle and into the deeper brainwave states that we experience we go naturally go to bed at night. Typically this takes up to 90 minutes, but in yoga nidra, we can access the deepest states of relaxation and sleep in just a couple of minutes. By inducing the relaxation response that is necessary for sleep, yoga nidra also supports the biogeochemistry of the body to restore balance and encourage more sleep cycles throughout the night, reducing elevated levels of cortisol and producing the natural release of melatonin, a natural sleep aid, to support better quality sleep.
Crawl into bed and be guided into deep sleep for the rest of the night, only to wake up tomorrow feeling rested and rejuvenated.
Yoga nidra is an effortless practice available to all levels. Simply find a comfortable place where you can rest deeply. Adjust the volume of your headphones. Relax into stillness and be guided into a deep light altered state of consciousness or wakeful sleep. Emerge feeling rested and restored.

Can you please make a yoga Nidia that has a shorter statement to repeat 3 times. Due to memory loss I cannot remember a long statement. The process gets interrupted by my attempt to remember what to say. You then move on to repeat and I have not finished the first time. 😢

So true! I suffered with my first child which wakes me up every 2hrs until she's 2.5yr old. I didn't know how I survived. Wish I found you back then. But now I can maintain my basic sleep needs with your help!
