I was thinking the same. Like yeah "great value for the location" whilst i live in Africa and could build a high rise with that kinda money. It's truly down to location. But nonetheless such a lovely home and worth it for it's craftmanship

No large empty rooms and a home aura unlike mansions, although it might be a bit overpriced If I suddenly became a multi millionnaire Id buy it

I love when you tour houses like these. They are a lot more cozy than a lot of the big museum looking homes in the more expensive areas. As always, great tour as well.

I discovered this channel like a week ago, and now I’m addicted to it! I just fancy so much how Enes is so like, chill, he knows every little detail of every house, he’s funny when he needs to be. Found this channel under suggested videos and the wife and I are addicted. The 20, 30, 40 million dollar homes are absolutely spectacular but there is something very special about these smaller ones. All 3 homes from this builder that Enes has toured have such a warm feeling to them and the attention to detail like the wood panel ceilings 👌

wow, that was an incredible house plan...none of the space felt wasted...kudos to the architects and enes for bringing up such amazing design.

Such a lovely “homey” house❤️ Everything is perfect: size, details, finishings, colours, designs, architectuary, outdoor areas, privacy... Especially I loved the color tones of the kitchen and master bathroom😍 Thank you for the tour Enes☺️❤️

It’s such a pretty home! I love detached garages. It just makes the house a spotlight all on its own. And I agree, I love the subtlety and how cozy the home is. And so many rooms without the property being so overwhelmingly huge.

Wow this home was just beautiful! I totally understood what Mikey was saying about this home. It is not pretentious at all! I work in catering and have been to a few homes that are extremely pretentious, cold and intimidating. This home on the other hand is very cozy and inviting. It's so reasonably priced considering the amenities you get and the location. Great tour Enes! Always enjoy your videos!

Also, the bathrooms in this house are consistently beautiful and cohesive. I've always thought the bathrooms get forgotten about in most of the homes you tour but I was so pleased to see the attention to detail in all 9 of them in this house. No corners were cut and they each have beautiful built-in vanity/sink set-ups and not those cheap stand alone units!

Love the intimacy of this house...Mikey is right about this house. It is decorated just right without being too showy. Great job guys👍👍

The house at this price point is amazing! I don't think I have ever seen a Movie Theater at this price point on this channel. Amazed that they have formal, indoor and outdoor dining with proper guest room and office space. The lower bedroom could also be used as staff quarters. They also nicely tucked in utility stuff in the storage area on the lower level. Great Value!
