Water and soap would be all over the counter and floor if I tried washing my face in a sink like that. Guess I'll have to cancel my purchase of that home and stay in my small apartment instead. Lol.

Cool to see but I believe very unpractical, like the tilting shower half door: both will result in splashing the bathroom floor wet every time. Also the one-piece mirror closet above is nice to see but uncomfortable to use.

WOW!!! What a house! I love how the two bedrooms have complementing accents, one has black mirror and fixtures and the other one is brass and light wood, such a great detail. The rooftop deck is amazing and a great space for entertainment... Not to mention the location, SLS around the corner for dinner, AOC on melrose or Sofitel Hotel on Beverly for Sunday Brunch, the shopping on Robertson, the location simply cannot be better.

Enes - I like when you tell us what’s on each level (“Here on the first floor is the kitchen, the dining room...”). Mikey - If you put epoxy on that stone countertop on the roof in the full sunlight, you’ll get that nice smooth surface, but in a year it’ll be yellow and hazy.

I love those pocketing doors. In the uk where houses are generally smaller than USA I wish they'd use more pocket doors internally as a standard door that 'swings' takes up valuable space.

I'm not to crazy about houses on the corner, but one of the many things I like about this property is the Landscaping of trees that they put in for privacy. Which is something you don't see to often in homes that are on a street corner. I also like the fact that there is real grass in the backyard instead of the AstroTurf. Mainly because if you have a dog when they use the bathroom outside, the real grass will fertilize and soak it up, compare to AstroTurf. With AstroTurf once the smell gets in there it doesn't come out. It's basically like having your dog use the bathroom on your living room rug and never being able to wash it out.

I usually don't reply to videos but sir, you deserve a standing ovation for your quality of work. One of the greatest, if not the greatest, I truly admire you. As I already told a lot of other people who I was following such as Erik Conover, Tim Han, Patrick Bet-David and others, who just started their channels many years ago and now have millions of subscribers, I will guarantee you the same thing: keep up the good work, you will get millions of subscribers.
