Does the house come with the ghosts of the Manson victims? The land this property was built on has a very sad history.
@Rottimail

Yes. I heard it was haunted.
Yes, this house is one of a kind. I love the pool grotto. I do like the original house, 10050 Cielo drive better. Michele Morgan's original house looked so much better Nestled up there above Benedict Canyon. I think a log ranch home would have been a better choice For this location .

Sorry I would be creeped out. The history is there for ever.
I don't care how much money you have, this place will take ALL of your time maintaining and up keeping. Every water feature, planter bed, etc. will need constant attention. Seems amazing until you settle in. These Mc mansions hardly ever keep people living in them more than several years. ALWAYS turning over. And lastly, how cozy would you feel knowing what horrors happened there. Dark dwellings.
RIP Sharon Tate, Abigail Folger, Jay Sebring, Wojciech Frykowski, and Steven Parent 🤍🕊️
I hope those that can actually afford to buy this very impressive property will be informed about the history of the land it stands on. Otherwise they may get annoyed and wonder why random people come to their front gate at all times of the day and night trying to look through, or people using strong lenses taking videos and pictures from the other side of that canyon. Amazing house, with amazing views for sure ........ but full disclosure is a must !!!.

There’s plenty of ghouls out there that love that stuff but they just can’t afford it, if this was a normal house at normal price and the same history was bestowed upon it then it would be snapped up in no time. I was reading about Trent Reznor’s first night in the old property and his anecdotes sound freaky as hell. I reckon I could attempt to live here though all things considered.
I used to work there and I would get chills randomly and I would hear voices and imagine things. I thought it was because the house was really big and my mind was just playing tricks on me. Then years later I found out what really happened there…

The outdoor wonderland was designed by Mark David Levine. I worked in his office in 2002 when he was developing it. The time spent on the planting design and coordination for the water environment alone was insane. Went there a few times when they were building it before it was planted out. Insane amount of rock work.

The original home that used to sit on that property was Sharon Tate and Roman Polanski's home, 10050 Cielo Drive. That home was totally torn down and property stripped clean and now this ugly monstrosity sits on it. Although I understand why the original home was torn down, I think the new home would have looked better had it been a little similar to what was there. I was in real estate 30 years and this current monstrosity of a home is, IMO, an eyesore from what the property was originally intended. A more rustic home would suit this site in Benedict Canyon much better!!!
