Was definitely excited for this one. You could have easily sold that massive couch within a few days for $600 at least. I’ve sold those couches for $825 before. Definitely give this challenge a try one more time and don’t be afraid to price them even higher. Great video overall!

I love your channel because it sets realistic expectations and shows the ups and down of different business models. A side hustle i've been doing the past couple days is going on the craigslist free section and looking for items that might be worth value, then selling these items on offerup with $7 LA gas prices being the only true expense. Just picked up an LG TV and 3 lamps from this one apartment. Hope to see you try it out!

Tvs are so cheap these days it’s not worth it to repair …unless! The screen ISN’T cracked’ He’s right there tvs can make u good money if u find them for free’ so many ppl think tv is trash because it won’t power on’ tvs r so simple inside 2-3 boards is it! Most r a component burned out u can replace or worst case replace the board for $20-30 and sell it for $250-300 talking a 4k one’ 720-1080 not gunna get a lot but it’s a great hobby if u like to fix stuff! Also if u do enough get the free ones with cracked screens as u can use those as parts to fix the non cracked screens etc’ There’s money to made if u really try’ Blunt honesty this tv flip plan won’t let u quit a solid job’ but u could easily make $500 a month if u apply yourself’ What u do then if u have a mortgage is take that extra cash dump it on your loan and u save sooo sooo much in interest’ 1 extra payment a year…. On house will take a 30 year loan to 25 years Just 1 extra payment a year! That’s 5 years of no payments that’s huge!

This is about as far from realistic as you can get………

I did this with an Ikea Friheten sleeper sectional and the great thing is it can be taken apart and transported easily! Oh and I could easily link customers to the Ikea link for the couch if they had any questions about dimensions or otherwise :)

I’m surprised the guy never said enough about negotiating. If you are trying to get a good deal, don’t negotiate over text. Always do it in person. Especially if it’s been listed for a while. Because then if you are already there and offer them less, they are more likely to say yes because you are already there with cash in hand! Makes lowballing easier. All that aside though very cool video. I appreciate the knowledge you had to give!

Sound good. I used to think about that too. Easier to pick up with a Corolla. Do you bargain hard to bring down the cost , any other tips like cleaning/detailing? What is average profit per bike?

You might consider getting a class 1 or 2 hitch on your car and rent the Uhaul trailers instead of the trucks. About $200 if you install it yourself. (Seriously, it's pretty easy). No mileage and no expensive insurance. Easier to load/unload also..

I flip in San Antonio and casually go to Austin for couches, but you can definitely get $200-250 profit on each couch, that white couch you went to go look at it stay away from because they crack easily, I try to stick to fabric sectionals 👍🏼, good video 🔥

Get a hitch on your car then get a trailer to haul them u don’t need a truck then get a small storage unit to start off eventually u will make enough to buy a truck

I think the Uhaul was a boo boo. Probably should have had a truck or something and just spend money on gas. ❤but lessons right? I enjoyed learning how to do this. I don’t have a truck so I would probably need to use a u haul or a buddies truck.

Insurance and gas count into the cost of the U-Haul. As for time it really is hard to say as obviously the video took a long time but as for actually doing the side hustle probably around 8 hours
