hope you won't make the same mistakes i did. Read contracts clearly and make sure there are fair terms! It was super dodgy when the ID had no time frame in black and white...

Good video and really like your honest take on own mistakes (as many only showcase the good side) :)

the reno industry proudly pronounce this infamous "non-perfect" standard as a norm.... hence there is no need or them to be 100% responsible for defects and errors...

Genesis is a lot more affordable and does everything. Some brands weirdly only got Chinese voice language, this one no issue is a Ang moh lady talking 😂

How do you conceal your tv cable? Do you have a tv partition to conceal it?

Eh no, althought that is one possibility you can directly work with the contractors. But I hired a project manager thru Homeez also, who are also ID, to manage the contractors.

Hello, thank you for sharing your reno journey. I have dyson tower fan too and yes, it is useless and pricey. How's your corner fan performing? Thinking of getting for the kitchen and bedrooms but was hesitant as I heard some homeowners lament that either the motor is too loud or cant find the wind. Wld love to hear from you.

The noise and all depends on the model, mine is working fine although not as strong as ceiling fan, I think it's a good fix to blow into kitchen! Have one in my study room also

so many issues, im surprised they didn't fix all the defects that you've shown!

Do you mean the wood color vinyl one or the tiles?

Very good reviews especially on the track switch and dyson fan Track switch that spans 1 meter... And for appliances that you likely wont unplug or move around in the first place.. really pointless. And when there is a circuit fault, whole track will need to be replaced Dyson fan pure waste of money

100 degrees wet heat will destroy your kompactplus! dont try!! its on their spec sheet

Can try this one, it's what I used. Ask for Alex he's good. They will check all the flaws like slanted cabinets, walls, hollow tiles etc inspectre.sg/

not a fan for dyson fans from america... LOL i used vornado maybe loud but it circulates so much more n a cheaper price! lovely home btw! i liked what u did n the honestly geared towards it! n the id shoulda took a hit n redid the closet

i can be wrong... but benijamin moore not as expensive im guessing otherwise ryan tan would use it.. LOL he never uses it... i mean he uses kaadas lamboghini cross door locks... when they are cheaper better ones in the same market... tho ima say benjamin moore prolly has more colors tho compared to other singaporan brands

Like your house but not your ID ideas. If homeowners check every single detail like your shoe cabinet door knocking the spotlight, the wardrobe door knocking on your side table. The ID has to responsible for all these details. is the $69K renovation cost included everything?

@@Sethluifoodtravel stand-alone fridge will be better than integrated fridge. Looks nice it flushes into the decor. But SG Weather not suitable. 2-3yrs down the road, the cabinet due to heat may not last. Or if your fridge breaks down, replacement may not fit. Good luck!

Well HDB layout has been pretty standard, and unless youre gonna spend a 100k it's mostly pretty similar

the paint is damn high class but you drink so much alcohol ,, its also poison .
