Trust SBE to incorporate that industrial touch to the design, high ceilings, exposed beams and steel structure around I like their designs so far the house is just stunning and the tour was great thanks X. Keep them coming 👌👌👌🔥

I hear you! Certain parts has to be skipped as they weren’t as presentable (ie spare bedroom, garages etc) and we had an audio issue at the jacuzzi area so I had to leave that somewhat hanging as wel🤔

Levies about R4,000/month Rates & taxes between R4,000-8,000/month (depending on the size/location/valuation of your property) PLUS, whatever water/gas/electricity you used. Trickier to say monthly amounts nowadays as most of these homes have solar/nearly off-grid.

Very nice, however the sauna is very small for $11,500,000 ,and it's woodwork should have been repaired before putting it on the market.

The house is stunning but the agent could do better, she didn't share much of the intimate details of the house, there is a room she used to enter the main bedroom but she didn't show us what that room was used for, and the sonar room is there only one entrance to it? I mean if you have a guest sleeping in that room you can't go through it to get to the sonar, she also didn't care to show us the outside of the house had Xavier not mentioned the sneak peak of the garden we wouldn't have seen it. Thank you Xavier for your effort to ensure that we see the garden. I hope she does better in the next viewing.

Agreed I wondered about the access to the Sauna and I don't recall her mentioning the jacuzzi either!

Thanks for your valuable feedback, Jessica! I'm always trying to see how we can make the video tours more interesting / informative / educational for the audience. The additional jacuzzi area next to the main bedroom was a bit of a mess up - the audio didn't work out there, but I thought it was rather important to still show that space. It just happened to be without explanatory audio..😳 We were at first not allowed to go into that last bedroom / gym area, but we insisted as it offered quite a bit for us to just skip it - even though it wasn't that presentable, I'm glad I did. And indeed - if anyone wants to use that outdoor sauna space, through that bedroom/gym you must go as it's the only entrance, which is definitely not ideal if you have visitors staying there!

Indeed - the only access point to that sauna would be through that last bedroom / gym ... Wrt jacuzz - that was the area right next to the main bedroom where we couldn't use the audio for to explain, so I made the call to show it nonetheless as I could have easily cut it out afterwards, but thought it was kind of an important feature to include (albeit without explanation). My apologies!

Great question - In vast majority of the time, furniture is not sold with the property. Oftentimes, buyers and sellers make deals on the side for the furniture. I’d double check with the agent - Shayne +27 (61) 311-7738🤗

​@@LuxuryHomesJohannesburg You are at liberty to correct me but 4000 is the levy On top you have to pay 200 to belong to the country club and this still does not give you membership of the golf club gym etc., Sheesh I know Waterfall is up there but at least you have full access

It's very cheap price as compare to canada, this house will cost minimum 4M $ in canada

The layout is great but its missing that feminine touch. Probably the husband decorated lol What's the stone structure by the poolside supposed to do? It looks out of place
