So a calarie restricted vitimin and mineral dificient vegan diet, intermittant fasting, semi-rigorous excercise, sleep, and two fists of pills, a few ab gadgets along with 15 different skin care regimins... and nail polish.... This isn't exactly cutting edge - the equivalent of a health conscious middle aged woman?! Pretty sad stuff.

@@tfkdandsvkcI think he already has the world’s “best olive oil” coming out this upcoming August for us to purchase (with 5+ levels of criteria). I hope he also puts out a product for 100% organic dark chocolate undutched without heavy metals. I hope he also considers sourcing or providing a source for the green tea he drinks, also with his 5+ levels in mind. I completely agree, it would be very beneficial for Bryan to start putting out some products that he and his team clearly researched and tested. I don’t want to have to test numerous brands of olive oil, chocolate, green tea, supplements etc to make sure I got purity/quality.

It's not surprising he acts like a normal, thoughtful, reasonable person since he's clearly scientifically minded and genuine in his desire to maximize human longevity. All of the other people of influence who purport to be like this are actually just marketing products and creating sensationalist entertainment to drive viewership.

I understand your perspective, and at the same time I can see the issue in his message in the context of today's society. We live in a time of economical stresses and worry, the last thing we need today, is sharing a message that makes people think that they can't have the healthiest lifestyle or longevity without an extreme and expensive lifestyle/tools/supplements. This idea is not only false, but extremely dangerous. We need more powerful voices that would share the message that WE are enough. Tools, supplements, gears etc... are 0.2% of what define an healthy and sustainable life. We often talk about HEALTH, but sustainability is when health is wrapped into an harmonious and coherent state. How can we live a sustainable and healthy life? Through a strict and expensive regimen? Because when you're talking about him helping everyone live healthier and longer life, I see him being proud of spending 2M a year to have the healthiest lifestyle. This is not only far from being the truth for most people, but also can bring tons of anxiety about not having enough to be the healthiest version of themselve. We need to debunk all of these. Be present, go meet with the sunrise as much as possible, go meet with the sunset as much as possible, go spend time in the forest and nature, instead of having fake plants or forest wallpaper in your 6M$ mansion like Bryan does..... cook your own food, spend time with your food, use your creativity. Reflect on the food you are cooking, does it make sense with how you are viewing the world? Reflect again, ask yourself questions, explore. Are you feeling connected? Maybe you will discover your own superfood, specific to your environnement, and not just buy gojiberry on amazon because one influencer told you to do so. Use your creativity again, not only to create art, but also to solve life challenge's. Spend time with your family, friend, listen to them, laugh with them, share your time, be grateful to have them in your life, daily. Be grateful for all the things that you have, and also for all the things you don't have, daily. Cry often, move your body, create, cry again. Meet the sunrise again, but this time spend a bit more time, maybe 30 min, maybe 45 min, observe what happen inside of you. Play, play more, observe again, reflect. All of these things are the antidote of death, they are the anti aging, sustainable tools we can all use to enhance the quality of our lives and that we can already start to use starting now, without any credit card.

If all you need to do is run tests and procedures 24/7 to reverse a few years then any logical person will understand that only a rich person can afford that luxury. Besides, why not focus on reversing cancer instead of aging? If you lead a healthy lifestyle and have good genetics you will live long enough without all these shenanigans because what he is doing is what all Hollywood celebrities do, they have personal doctors, trainers, dentists, etc to keep themselves in check. All of these sound incredibly pseudoscientific. I just can't understand why he portrays himself as a scientific guru without any kind of medical background, he has a degree in business that has nothing to do with medical sciences.

This! yes. Also the fact that women suffer from diseases that are common in our population but are rarely known. The fact that studies have only as recent as 1993 started to include women has resulted in a skewed understanding of women's health in general. I have Endometriosis and before knowing I have this, I never heard of this. I was even more shocked that its estimated that 10% of the female population have it. This is just one, there's PCOS, Adenomyosis, etc. More shocking was the fact that there are almost no research because there is no funding. I would love to have a blueprint designed for women.

You're putting in the work and money while making yourself the test subject and if it works you pass it along and I admire that. I also love that most of your supplements are brands that the average person can afford and are typically on sale.

Bryan, I've been following your work for a couple of moths and never realized the sensitive man you are. The honesty and openness you showed about how you felt with the initial negative response your work, got me deep man. This showed me a glimpse of what drives you, your passion and love for what you do. You put your hearth on the service of humanity, by taking care of yourself you take care of everyone. Not everyone can understand that, and it's ok. As a humble follower, I can tell you I listen to your work with quiet admiration to implement to the best of my ability, and I couldn't be more grateful you give it away for free as you do. Keep on the great work. Greetings from Chile 😁🙏

I am aware that most of ppl dnt agree with his believe as most ppl have been programmed and brainwashed to follow one way of living which is getting sick and weaker. For me since little has been a path that I could not really share with anyone but anyways caring about yourself I still think is the way to go.
