The last time I "walked" around the factory, by myself, was in 1983. It's a little bit different now!!!!!!!!!!!! What a fantastic video!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I walked it in '85. Yes, it does seem a bit different from how I remember it.

Excellent choreography and a continuous take Morgan is so very special to us all

Amazing to think that most of those lumps of wood and metal will eventually become the pride and joy and, with some, the culmination of a lifetime ambition. Brings a tear to one's eye and makes me proud to be British. P.S. My bro-in-law owns three. Terry Justice, I own a mere Mazda.

Back in my day, a "drone tour" was just a tour presented by someone really boring...glad to see things have improved somewhat!

🤣. I use to be a tour guide there…..I hope I didn’t drone! It certainly got round a lot faster than I ever did.

@@guyfromfrance thank you! If I hadn’t moved a couple of hundred miles away from the factory, I’d still be working there. I loved the place, everything it stood for and the history.

One day, when the world finds its way back to something vaguely like normal, boring times, I'd love to come to the UK and visit the Morgan plant in-person. (I'll bet that woodworking room and the leatherworking shop smell *amazing*.) Doubt I'd be able to get a visa to come WORK there, but...this video helps ease the soul a bit.

More of a smell of glue in the trim shop…sadly the leather barely smells. The best smell is in the wood shop…cut ash 🤓

Nice video. I now have my first Morgan, a 1996 4/4, am seriously getting new Plus Four when they become available in the U.S.

Wonderful flight 👌 … memories 🥰 … on September 15th 2011 we picked up our Morgan Roadster at the factory out of the hands from Nick, the direct sales manager at that time. On our third factory tour it happened to us, we couldn’t resist any longer and placed the order. Pick up was 6 month later. We stayed one night at the wonderful Abbey Hotel and next day we imported the car to Germany. The Roadster became a family member, it‘s never for sale 😍. Somebody of our family will take over the car hopefully in the „far away“ future. All the best to the Morgan people and continue with your phantastic work. Wonderful idea with the drone flight (I‘m flying FPV drones since 11 month, so I really appreciate the skills of your pilot 🏆👏👏😁). ✊✊

Nick has a lot to answer for! It was due to him that I bought my first Morgan on my first visit to the factory. I didn’t mean to as I was after a TR3….but he was very persuasive 🤣. A shame he has moved on to other things. I guess it was also down to that meeting with him that I got sucked into working there as a tour guide. It was like working in a sweet shop 🤓

@@johnstride9642 yeah 🤩 - we never forgot the day when we made the configuration of the car. Nick invited us to his office. We sat on an old leather couch between Morgan parts and photos from Morgan’s race history and he brought tons of catalogues to us with all the leather options. Then we went to the hall with the finished cars and discussed every possible detail. This ended some hours later in a fully equipped 6-Zylinder Roadster which is now, 10 years later, still a dream car for us. I keep my fingers crossed that the spirit and the business of this company can survive in these demanding times ✊✊.

The factory looks so much more organised since my visit first in 2005, that should reflect in the cars now produced 🙏

Lovely. Last tour of the factory I had was while they were building my 1998 +8. What I would like to see now is the new BMW powered PlusFour being exported to North America. I'm in the market.

Amazing video! Superior quality cars as well as content. Is that a possible new 3-wheeler tease at 02:00? I can't quite work out if it's the 5 speeder shape or not. It looks slightly too long for a five speeder and the nose shape looks slightly different to me. Can't wait till the new one gets revealed next week!!!!!!

Not sure I would put modern large diameter alloy wheels and ultra-low profile tyres on a Morgan, from an aesthetic view-point.

When driving past in my car it looks a lot smaller from the outside.
