That's a solid choice! The owner takes his family out to Ocean City in it quite often. Mentions that it's great for getting you from A-to-B... just not quickly 😂

Though Coins and stamps don’t breakdown through disuse.

i researched how much to store my car in just a basic storage facility and it was $400 a month plus tax. canada is an unaffordable 3rd world country lol. i find it funny that this beautiful place is the same rate as a storage facility. place was waterdown mini storage if you dont believe me

Location plays a huge role in this industry for sure. When you look at storage places in Miami or LA, the prices can be astronomical in comparison. This is partly why we avoid building directly inside city centers to help keep everyone's costs down.

I still find it mind boggling why someone would opt to park their pride and joy(s) in some off-site facility. If I am not in direct possession of my collection - then is it really a collection? Can you even call yourself a collector? It just seems like an impractical, non-pragmatic approach for such an array of exquisite acquisitions. Of course, YMMV. We are fortunate to work with many different types of owners and collectors. In many cases around this area, it's difficult to find or build properties with large garages. Instead of leaving their pride and joy outside or under a cover (still exposed to the elements), we provide a solution for their peace of mind. We have clients that visit us every few days and some that come every few years, but we always ensure that every car is ready for pick up at a moments notice.

What if there’s a fire? The owner of this place better have multiple layers of insurance.

We did extensive work when installing our fire protection systems into the facility from the start, along with working closely with the local fire and police department to go over and train them on exactly what to do in the case of an emergency here. Yes, we do have insurance. We are also active in reducing the risk by using only low-amp battery tenders, keeping wires clear of obstacles and alerting owners of any potential risks posed by their vehicles (i.e. leaking fuel)
