You can hate on me all you want but I feel like the metal railings look so archaic.. such a house deserve a modern glass railing but I must say that person who did the staging deserves an award.

4BR for 33M, now that is Affordable. This house is spacious, modern, has flat roof, nice colors and I also get a backyard, ECSTATIC! I also love the natural maple laminate floors ( I JUST HATE DARK BROWN). The Kitchen has nice color palette. You should now understand why I HATE white/gray cabros, y'all saw how dirty the entry gets. C'mon there are a lot of colored cabros in the market today. I still insist that Estate driveways should be Asphalt and not cabros. Nice video, nice house. The developer gave me more for less. KUDOS!

They also have 250 square meter 4 bedroom houses for Ksh.27.5M which are really well done. We will feature them when they are done with the show house. I’m with you on everything apart from the colored cabros. I find them ugly and unpleasant. Concrete blocks incorporated with landscaping is my preference.

@@MansaPlus Thank you. Dark/Charcoal gray cabros would nicely sync with Asphalt driveway, The cabros in that house attracts mud, tire marks. But it's Okay, I can't wait to see what the 27.5M house has to offer.

La maison est belle, bien agencée et joliment décorée. J'aime beaucoup la salle à manger, son chandelier est très beau. La cuisine est belle. La chambre principale 🤩 ! Le DSQ me plaît car d'habitude, on ne leur permet pas d'avoir un endroit correct où s'installer. C'est petit, sans armoire ou autres. La salle de douche est spacieuse. Ici, le développeur a bien fait ça 👌🏾 ! Merci 😊

The house is well designed, with clean lines both externally and externally. Colors are warm and dignified. Nice cubby hold for the washer and dryer, at least not an eye soar, but still not understanding why these appliances are always set outdoors w/o a top roof as one might get electrocuted if rain comes on the washer/dryer. Water Drainage is extremely paramount, especially with all the floods in your country. The DSQ is quite large. Overall well done to the builder. Price point though is not for the majority. Believe the plant bush in question is Desert Ruellia; some are edible and some are poisonous.

Where have I seen this house before? Yes. That sta soft advert by Kate Actress.

Is this on a 1/8th acre lot? Should have put this on at least 1/4 acre so that there would be room for at least a 2 car garage and small pool and firepit and barbecue area...ideally a 1/2 acre lot so that you could have a pool and nicely designed backyard with firepit area and barbecue area....with at least 2-4 car garage and parking space for visitors...agree with one person who commented that this house and lot size as is, they should have added rooftop area for barbecue and sitting out with a firepit, a bathroom so that guests or family don't have to go back into the house, and perhaps a hot tub as well...

As much as you are growing I feel like you are evolving to be Enes Yilmazer a lot.
