This is a beautiful house, it's clear the owner had passion as he built it. I wouldn't hesitate to buy it if I were the target market The safety features are top notch ....keep up the good work showing us houses of our dreams

If I won a jackpot today, I would be very cautious not to dive in and buy the house, coz I reason that the owner of the house may have had lots of investments that bring him a great cash flow, that's why they're moving into a new neighbourhood pretty fast, even without getting attached. I'd buy the vacant plots and build from scratch, then one day, also move to a different neighborhood when my cash flow improves.

That family room would make a really nice cosy movie room. Something else I noticed is that this house is quite similar to the other one you did in kahawa West everything, including the security and safety features. If I had that kind of money I'd have bought without even thinking about it.

Watching this after the Kahawa Sukari one, I have to say the similarities are so much. They are the only 2 I have watched but I am subscribed. I have been a freak for Grand designs and I am glad the algorithms brought your channel my way. I am envisioning a flat roof or a hidden roof house built around a 9mtr X 4mtr Koi pond with a footprint of 408 square mtrs. Good to see that we have local designs to emulate, manipulate and to borrow ideas from. Keep up the good work guys. Now, on to bungee on your videos. When I am done, I'll definitely have you come over for a cup of tea.

This house is very unique! Very custom, many things I like about its features! I could use a little more yard space but, that space next door or behind might do the trick lol. Over all I’d go for it! I’d just customize it a little different to my preference! Great content guys!

This was one of the best house tours in the channel so far. I definitely lovedddddd every detail of the house from every room Willys and Mansa entered I was just in awe from the artworks, lighting fixtures and placement of furniture everything is superb😍 and the SQ as well the owner really did a decent work in terms of space and the thought of the cabinet space absolutellyy loved seeing it. overall loved the homely touch of the house 😊We need to see more of homely homes in the channel but great job in finding these kinda houses 🤗 Manifesting a home like this in the future 🕯

Good job guys , but to be honest the house is overpriced for the area considering the house sits on 50*100, It is also not in a gated community which is a big plus ..For almost 50m you would rather buy land in tatu city (Kijani ridge) 24m will fetch you a quarter acre and the other 25 million will build a good mansion ..Remember tatu city is gated , has amenities and you will not need the security features ..

I agree with you on the price though, doesn't seem worth it for the location

i love the offgrid aspects and the security features - really well thought of and self contained. but agree with others about the plot being too smal - tbh i generally think land should not be subdivided to less than 1/4 😩

It’s quite functional!

The kitchen is very well done. I enjoyed watching that part of the tour, thank you for making such a detailed video. One point about the dishwasher, at this price point each house should have one. Dishwashers are common appliances actually, abroad you will find them in regular apartments. But I know most people in Kenya do their dishes by hand. In a large house like this it makes it easier to clean up if you have guests. You simply remove crumbs and leftovers from the plates, then put them in the machine for cleaning. The conversational living room is lovely and the family room with balcony are very cozy. I do think the house might be overpriced. But maybe the owner also invested too much in the finishing e.g. imported paints, the beautiful but expensive kitchen hence the high cost.

As you have mentioned, is it 1 km from Thika road??,,,,,,and also the road look like a tarmac.

I would redo the powder room, remove the sink outside it, and put console with decore. Remove the dining sink and put a large, beautiful dining table, and redo the kitchen wall to wall unit with a large island at the centre with bar stools. Redo all bathrooms remove the cubicle bath areas. Also, ceiling and wardrobes.

The house is perfectly priced. I just think Nairobi and it's surrondings have really put high prices on land. Land prices in Kenya are actually one of the highest in Africa leaving the developers with no option.

If you been watching this show for a while, then you would do know that the houses priced at that level ain’t anything close to this.

I was very skeptical about the price when the video started, but as it went on, I kept saying, "ohhh that's why." Ohh that's why. The yellow stone from naivasha is insanely beautiful. Solar system. The water storages (tanks and underground one) The gym. The sq is great. Marangi zote represented (I love colours, soo I am happy with all of that) The police security connection. The kitchen is huge really and it's appliances cost an arm and a leg. Multiple living spaces...Two downstairs and the 1st floor one and all it's furniture and bedroom furniture as well. The lighting fixtures and speakers everywhere The art (hopefully they are original pieces not replicas from the streets) and the "Egyptian" paints or whatever, I finally understood the pricing. Na mjue hizo curtains zote ni bei ya probox before yll say the house is over priced. Lmao On top of all that, you can feel the owners attachment to it, from "my bathroom will be the size of my campus hostel" to "balcony for the kids to give graduation speech on" lol ... there is a price to that tbh. Why people loooove their first cars or a painting or anything really that is hard to put a price on. I finally understood why the 50M. Still high, but I get it now😊and I absolutely love the hosue. Ps. This is the warmest house I have seen on Mansa.... all the others are cold houses for sale, this is a warm home for sale. Lol. OK bye😂😂

This is a very beautiful house. Considering everything is inclusive please ongeza two million just to compensate for the parting with such home.

Beautiful, functional home. Colors tuu ndiyo 1001, one can change to their liking. You can have a 50x100 and put up a house worth 100M, you can also have half an acre and build a 5 million house. You can choose to buy furniture from Roysambu, or from Odds and Ends. The pricing here is very ok.

The power bills can become so huge based on the amount of lightenings in the house

Hapo kwa dishwasher umetuenjoy ndugu, did you say it is used to kill bacteria? Smh! As the name suggests dishwasher does wash dishes and dry them, I don't remember the last time i washed dishes. You only rinse off food particles in the sink and the machine will literally wash them. FYI dishwasher actually washes better than most of us😂😂. Otherwise you doing a good job bud, cheers!

Finishing is quite good and super although the price quoted there is quite much .approximately this house is 200 sm a Qs here .I would give it a rate of 100,000 per square meter that is kshs 20m for the house external works include Dsq say 7m Furnishings assorted 10m So the total approximate cost of the furnished masion here is 20 + 7 + 10= 37m say 40m with a contingency of 3m So 50m is on a higher side .

U have tried, but that house is 350sqm, by100,000 that is 35M, then add furnishing like 7M, he is having a margin of like 7M, so a price of 46M is ok and get a margin of 4M

the property is overpriced by approximately 15million. Assume 50*100 goes for 15m on the higher price, and building costs approximately 10m. 25m add 2 mill for the solar, furnishings etc. 27mill. If the house was valued at 35mill neg, it's fair. But 49m is overpriced

The solar and furnishing is worth more than the 2M. 2M is probably the price of that fridge and the 2 lithium batteries plus a few items. Lazima pia uongeze profit na intrinsic value. No one sells at cost unless it’s a desperate sale.
