The same way that, during interviews, he turns to the audience instead of the interviewer. He likes to open other gateways in order to try and relay his message. Everything with Kanye is so calculated yet so instinctual and natural. It's beautiful to watch.

Judging by the comments, do people not know anything about Kanye West? Do they just assume he grew up in some poor neighborhood with no education because he is a black rapper? Kanye is 100% from highly educated and cultured middle class. His mother was a professor and his father in the black panther and like most activist groups it was made out of people who either had a good formal education or became very well read on culture, history and politics on their own. His father is also a photographer. He is made fun of for not staying in his 'lane' and I think that's just racist. I might not like his designs and I am not a fan of his music but I can still see that he is talented but most of all he has knowledge and an incredible want for more knowledge about everything he tries his hands on.

Kanye is a fashion icon. I thought buying his shoes were the end-all-be-all at first, then I really dug deep into his sense of fashion and not only does it make me feel strong, it's the most comfortable I've ever been in a physical and mental state. It sounds cliche and crazy to some, but fashion is truly a way of finding zen and peace for a lot of folks.

There are parts of this that are adorable. It’s an old dad loving on and pouring into a young dad. And Letterman’s outfit turned out dope.

Kanye is interesting to talk to I literally pray I meet him once in my life.

WOW! I never knew about Kanye other than his music (which I have never been a fan of), but this video just opened up a whole new view of him (and maybe his music, who knows)

The attention to detail in each room is amazing. Dude wants artistry in every aspect of his life, that's wonderful.
