I just turned 40, and I must tell you Graham, What you are describing…that is not being BURNED OUT… that is called Maturity… And I am not talking about getting bore or tired and start being more private and slow down a little bit because we become senile… NOT, because we are the kind of person that always are looking for things that excite us! At least I am in that way, and all your followers are in that way too. BUT what you are describing about looking the next chapter of your life, not being excited about being in Social Media as before, being more private, etc, etc… it is part of growing up, you just did it sooner because you were a Business Owner a very young age, that is all. You will do great!

Career ideas for Graham for next level…. 1) start a fund for Multifamily/commercial like grant cardone style 2) join exp and build a massive nationwide network of agents where you also teach them investing and video marketing 3) become the next Dave Ramsey with coaching, books, higher ticket programs, etc

Listening to Graham's story here feel different somehow. Like I knew parts of it from other interviews and videos but here it just seems more complete. It like he did everything I should have done in my teens and early 20's but instead I went to college and pursued a major that ultimately was useless. I dropped out in my last semester even and went into a video production career. This interview is full of golden takeaways for anyone trying to figure out what's next. Thanks Ken and Graham for this insightful episode!

    1. Great stuff! 2. I would absolutely watch/like/subscribe to Graham's "Daily Wire but for Finance" 3. Graham, you mentioned that starting is best and to not worry so much about not understanding everything, which I'm doing, but I sometimes struggle to even know what you're talking about because I am so far behind in terms of knowledge (despite my interest being high.) What would you suggest as an educational resource that could catch me up? I'm 43. I'm investing, and thinking about different avenues, and I'm in it to win it, but I started late so what would you recommend to go from knowing a little bit from KZread to having a more comprehensive understanding about finance? Thanks Ken and Graham!

What is your current holdings 3. How do you have a girlfriend when you work so much? 4. What is your beef with Meet Kevin? 5. Tell us the story behind your boxing match. 6. How does living in Las Vegas compare with Los Angeles? 7. Why all of the sad faces in your video thumbnails?

I also tried real estate around the same time he did. It made me so poor! It’s so expensive to keep your license, back then was several thousand dollars each quarter! If you don’t have another job you won’t make it. Also if you have a people pleaser mindset like I did then it’s not for you. You have to be head strong and blunt about everything I think to succeed. I sold my first house after about 10 months of showing, most people just want to “look” At houses but not serious about it. Also you have to work weekends and holidays. I tried it and don’t recommend it AT ALL! if you sell a house you have to split it with your broker and the rest mostly goes to paying the Realtor fees. Good luck, pray before you make any big moves. Only SOME make it in real estate, I really did try for 2.5 years and did not survive it.

You know there a lot of people like Graham that don’t go to college and are very success because there natural learners they think out side the box and they do what feels Right to them. We need more of that and less of people borrowing money and getting in debt and then figuring out they didn’t need to go to college in the first place

Nope a formal education opens doors. I want my professionals to get it period. Outside the box people in my experience tend to be poor and people like Graham just exploit the less fortunate and he made a great income compared to expenses. Living on 20K after tax was not difficult when only had to pay out 15K!!! He obviously had a similar situation just on a huge scale.

I'm totally with Graham on this whole school thing. I think high-school and the system that surrounds people in high-school such as we were, is a waste product of communism in my observatory opinion. Cap-it-alism is way more free and flowing than with a just-over-broke system training academy, which is high-school even through much of university; I think there is wisdom there but there is much sorting of the lyes and misinformation in the academics to be done if you are a diligent student.

He promoted a scam ? How so did he know it was a scam, no he didnt he lost money to. He got sponsored and he promoted the site, its not his fault it turned out it was doing bad buisness. If someone got scammed its his own fault because nobody forced them to invest into it, thats like saying my friend should go to prison because he told me to jump off a bridge even though he didnt force you in any way. People are just mad that they lost money due to their own stupidity, never invest any money into any volatile asset like single stocks etc that you are not willing to loose, its very diferent investing in 401k, inedx funds ans realestate compared to day trading and investing into single stocks, its like gambling . And this is what graham speaks about ao why invest money you dont have just because he is promoting a sponsor ?? Like wtf

@@CROengineer If we go by your logic, a doctor could be paid to promote a brand of cigarettes as the healthiest supplement on the planet and get away with it. "Oh but they didn't force them to smoke it!" That doesn't matter, that doctor is in a position of influence and authority and abused that power for their own personal gain. When someone like Graham that has a huge following tells them it is a good investment, it is very much a scam. Especially when it came out that Taylor Swift rejected a $100 million offer from FTX just to promote it. So yeah, if they took money from them, they very much promoted the scam.
