Wow, beautiful functional apt!! I've been married over 41 years, my husband and I share a closet smaller than closet #1. If we had closet #2, I'd feel like royalty. But, when you think of it, people only wear 20% of what's in their closet, key classic pieces, (not fadish) I guess I don't need a bigger one, save's money from over spending. Yep, mine color and seasonal coordinated.. makes it easy to get dressed. And I agree with one shoe in and one shoe out, fine for years, gives me a lot more space. I own 18 pairs of shoes and that includes slippers and boots. I love classic, well tailored pieces. Saves space

What a beautiful place! My type of living! It is so cozy and tidy! You and Dominique look so happy with your new venture! Your mom is adorable! Gods blessings to you!

Love your new place. Tip: Get an emergency ladder to use in case you need to get out of the apartment and upstairs. Also have a life jacket for the puppy so you can lower him safely. I had one and it was so reassuring to have it.

Geez, apartments in Texas are big and gorgeous. Her pantry room would rent as a studio in NYC! Everything looks amazing and we all need a boss like Dominque in our lives. Ralph is right about those stairs and socks and that's when your sober. Courtney's mom reminds me of my mom. When I was a brand new nurse I'd put my nursing shoes on the radiator in my room to remind myself to polish them. We weren't allowed to wear sneakers back then. I came home one day and the shoes were all polished. I said to my mom, " it's a miracle, my shoes got polished like magic". She said, " come here and I'll show you magic" as she chased down me the hall. Fun memories. Glad to see everyone is flourishing.
