I loved this Homeworthy episode as it was about an actual real person living in the real world and not some ultra-rich person showing and telling about the mega-expensive stuff they bought on a trip to Venice. I admire young people who are just themselves, who cares what anyone else thinks.

Yes! Sometimes it's hard to find inspiration from these massive homes when living in an apartment. I loved this. The tagline for the channel is "every home has a story" is it not? Some viewers don't seem to understand.

​@@aliceholland2906 It seems some viewers does not understand the concept of high-low shopping such as Etsy vs RH, buying what makes you happy, inheriting family items, thrift shopping, using auctions, making art yourself, sales, or having a mom and friends keeping you in mind when shopping for themselves. No one is boasting about the cost of a house, and these homeowners work as well as their partners/spouses. I have enjoyed every episode.

I thought she was a fun breath of fresh air with fabulous energy. Her apartment is beautiful... Obviously she knows herself and her taste very well.

For a moment, I thought i'd clicked on the wrong video lol. What an absolutely captivating young woman. Her apartment is so charming, I love the idea of curtains hiding the smallest of glory holes to hide the ugly necessities. Thoroughly enjoyed this episode and could easily have watched and listened to her all afternoon. I dont know why, but I imagine her grandmother in the supermarket showing the video to customers and staff with a wide smile and her heart filled with pride saying this is my granddaughter, she takes after me! What a gem.

Is the saying not, "Homeworthy, where we believe EVERY HOME has a story to tell"! Older, younger, richer, poorer, all skin colours. Let us see all their stories. Love her vivacious spirit and her joy for creating 🎉

I follow Brigette online and she's so deserving of the beautiful space she's created. In fact, she taught me that we all are deserving, whether you're renting or you own your home. You should invest in making that space feel like your dream space. Furthermore, I will never understand the trolls who are constantly coming after her about how much she's spent on her apartment, since she's making money from videos. I'm sure many items are sponsored, and I'm sure there are some tax write-offs she can utilize. Also, why in 2024 are we so concerned with someone else's finances? That's so tacky.

The “ imperfections “ of a house makes it special, my dogs scratched my headboard, they aren’t with us anymore but their literally imprinted memory is and it doesn’t affect its function, xo

First of all she's got great decor and taste. Secondly, she herself is adorable. Love that hair color.

I've seen her apartment tour on other channels, but it's definitely worth a re-watch. It's a cozy, lovely home. It's interesting to see how she's tweaked a few things, and made changes over time. Some great tips too - like using bed pillows on your sofa, and removing the actual sofa cushions. And why not? 🤷🏽‍♀️. It just never occurred to me to do that.

Ive watched this lady's room tour through 3 diff channels already. Will never get tired ❤

I don't see that age shaming strangers on the internet because of assumptions you make about how old they are is really necessary here.

Gotta appreciate a landlord who knows their place needs updating and doesn't hassle you about "taking care of" his laminate countertops and gray carpets. And I love me a freestanding kitchen like this.

Actually, I'm digging the black dress. It references John Singer Sargent's Madame X, in keeping with the 19th-century vibe of the apartment. And Madame X lived in France, which also ties in with the "French-inspired" decor.

Sargent's contemporary critics complained even more tartly than commentators here. There's something about young women wearing black, strappy dresses that still sets off alarms.

Brigette is a lovely young woman with boatloads of enthusiam. She is so proud of the work that she has done in her apartment to make it truly her own even though she is just renting. The space looks so much bigger than what it actually is. She has tailored just about everything in her space to suit her needs and wants. I sincerely hope that she remains in her apartment a long time so she can enjoy all the changes she has made and continue to make them as she sees fit.

I have followed Brigette on Instagram and while our styles (and ages 😂) are different, I think she's done an amazing job reinventing her apartment. So much personality in her small space. Well done! I'm amazed at how so many young people are so creative. 🎉

Brigette made Homeworthy!!! I know the renos are "crazy" for a rented space but when you're a content creator, this is your job and with self employment, many things can be expensed on your taxes. It's not all crazy. Always consult and use a tax professional, of course.

What a fun vibe of the hostess and the French style apartment. The lovely custom upgrades have made her home unique and personal, which reflects her vibrant personality. I really enjoyed her enthusiasm and obvious love of her beautiful home and appreciate the great tips on art pieces. Customizing even small things in a home makes it so much more appealing and special. Kudos to her and creative touches.

The curtain in front of the TV is a really nice change from the typical ways we hide them.

I felt like a proud Auntie, getting a the best home tour from a globe trotting niece, who is so excited to share all the parts of her home that make it HER home. God, I wish I had the audacity this generation has. They have given themselves permission to love and curate the things that make them happy instead of the conformity we all felt (of, maybe it was only me - but I don't think so) to fit in a cookie cutter existence.

We’ve been with our landlord in 2 different apts 16 years . We’ve been in our 2nd one almost 7 years . After our furniture was destroyed , we had all pretty modern but good quality furniture .But now I’m finding that we love vintage and antiques mixed with some modern pieces . I love love your place !

This is the second time I've seen a tour of this beautiful apartment. And while my first thought was I hope she has a long lease after doing all this hard work, as Brigette said, it's and outlet and a great place to practise and hone her design skills, of which she has an abundance.
