This is exactly the kind of tour that draws me to Homeworthy. I'd rather see a cute realistic house like this than a fancy mansion any day. It's inspirational but not so far from my lifestyle that I can't get any ideas from it.

This by far was my favorite Homeworthy ever. I love everything that Sara created. I'd take this home over a mansion anyday. !!!!!!!!!!

Beautiful space! It’s small in square footage, but so perfectly executed in design that it just feels cozy and intimate.

Even without a tub, it's a perfect apartment!

I also am a huge fan of Nancy Meyers and this home has that warm, loved vibe. I enjoyed this beautiful home with so much personality packed into every inch.

It is always a miracle when a small space OR someone on a tight budget makes a home functional, homey and beautiful.How this lovely lady got the pine cabinet for 200 is also a miracle.

If you put a mirror above the bed you’d be able to make the bedroom feel like it’s opened up more, it’ll also reflect more light. Mirrors are always so great for that. Love the atmosphere and how “breezy” your place seems ❤

This apartment is so pleasing. Regarding Ikea, the brand has a genius for great design that streamlines/maximizes small spaces. I thought I would avoid Ikea in my home but in the end found that their pieces play well with others. Older "better" woods, the tight corner, the odd wall -- and they look great.

Beautiful but I bet the rent is absolutely sky high for 450 square feet of space. Yikes! I also wonder what the parking situation is like. I lived in Newport right after college and there is NO PARKING in that area. I used to ride my bike to the grocery store & forget about holidays & the summer when tourists descend upon NB like ants at a BBQ.
