Claudia has been my best friend since 4th grade! She has always been this lovely and sweet. So intentional and so thoughtful- a true gem. I also love seeing my grandmas fabric as curtains!! ❤

There's nothing nicer than to see someone retain their family history (or in her case, the family history of someone close to her) in their home - a wooden spoon that grandma used for baking; a clock that's never worked but used to sit in her Aunt's bedroom; a lamp from a childhood friend who moved abroad. All these things make for a home that's full of personality and memories and not just generic artefacts bought from your local home goods store. Nice of you to give the fabric away to such a close friend.

She’s down to earth and lovely, but I really don’t think she’s of modest means with all of the traveling she does. And some of the items she has are quite expensive. No hate at all, her apartment is lovely!

Yep, gorgeous apt, taste and a keen eye. She seems lovely but nothing here says modest means.

No matter where this woman lives it will always be exceptional. That apartment could not be any nicer or cozier. She has excellent taste with no pretense. Wish that all her dreams always come true.

I waited 15 years for a home in my dream neighborhood. We bought a fixer upper 20 years ago and I cherish living here. When it's right, it's right.

ME TOO! Lol, CA has beauty, but I love NY! My kids and husband would hunt me down though, and would know where to look! 😏 My grandkids too! My son sent us to NY for my 1st visit there! ❤😍🥰 Was truly lucky, saw it 2 weeks before covid shutdown.. This doesn't seem to be a true studio, with the kitchen in its own room?! I'm in love with this one!!! She did an amazing setup and doesn't look cluttered! Beautiful! 😊

I didn't want this tour to end. What a charming apartment and such a lovely young lady. Stanley is super cute and very much loved, too.

I thoroughly enjoyed this tour…..this is such a gorgeous and warm home!!! Claudia has beautiful taste and her home reflects her style perfectly. It really proves that you don’t need a big space to live luxuriously. 💕💃🏡🌷

I really like this young lady. She seems so happy with her wonderful apartment, and she is thrilled with all the special things she has collected, thrifted, and crafted. She has a great sense of humor, too.

This delightful young renter has a wonderful sense of design...quite clever in her warm mix of collected items with family treasures. Love how she repeats checks, block prints, and stripes. She's got it!!!

Did you notice that the pattern on the pitcher on her desk almost matches the pattern on her dress?

From one NYC studio rent stabilized renter to another; I love my small space full of wonderful things, mainly books and do not desire a single additional square foot. Aren't we lucky. Great job, Claudia, such an appreciation for your talents.

Well thought out design. Would like to offer a suggestion: Consider dimmers for your overhead lighting. It will create moods that are very soothing and will add a new dimension to your rooms. Charming apt and beautiful woodwork! The soaring ceilings make it feel twice as large. I live in a similarly sized NYC apt that feels very spacious to me. After all, even in a large home with many rooms, you can only be in one at a time!

I love all the original woodwork in this apartment. So glad it’s been preserved and someone didn’t paint over it. You have done it justice with your decor. There are remote control lightbulbs you might want to consider for the light sconces next to the bed.

Very much enjoyed this piece. I follow her on Instagram and enjoy her posts but it was fun to see the apartment in this context. I admire how she has treated the decoration of this incredibly beautiful space while simultaneously respecting the architecture. Well done!

Lovely home! Thanks, Homeworthy, for showcasing small homes. It was a joy to watch. The pegs in the bathroom are genius, and there were several clever "solutions" to small space living. Maybe small in size but large in style, coziness, character, and pretty things curated with love! When I was a little girl I loved going to new friend's homes and looking at their rooms. I would ask about everything, where they got it, pick up items and look them over. And now here we are in 2024, and this is an actual thing where people share their style and tell us about all their things. 😂 🙌🏼

I live in a 424 square foot condo with a 100 square foot garden in S. California and love it. I love watching other small space tours.
