I love this makeover!! But can we please stop calling grahams professional woodworking projects that take days, sometimes more than a week, to prepare beforehand “diy”? Sure, technically he did it himself, but he (probably) spent a lot of money outfitting his workshop and has the vibe of a fourth generation woodworker

I don't think the same as you. I believe these videos show a great capacity for creativity and that when it comes to decorating a space, you don't necessarily need to consider only the furniture already designed and made by a company. Instead, you can create something based on your own needs. Later, you can decide whether it's better to do it yourself or go to a professional to design and/or build it. @@Jen.OI think there are people that just don’t see or care what they live in and what a huge difference it can make having a space updated/cleaned up/renewed. I can’t imagine living like that because I’ve been DIY since I got my own bedroom 52 years ago. I’m the same way with work, how can I do this better/faster/more efficiently.

WAIT-- what can't Graham do??! That's probably the most beautiful entryway I've ever seen! AND it blends in seamlessly with the apartment like it was always there 🥲

What I most love about this particular redesign is in practice how few major things changed, meaning, how many of his original piece you kept in their original places. And yet, the changes you made were so impactful! It goes to show, you can be on the right track but still not quite have it all tied together. It takes that creative thought to take it up to that level. This is why you're the professionals!!!

I'd believe it if the whole apartment was 253 sqft! I'm currently in a 400 sqft apartment which has a pretty large kitchen with peninsula, a living space that is similarly sized to this one, and a full bedroom with lots of walk-in storage. It all feels bigger than the number sounds!

Another tip: I use the white version of the same IKEA blind as a projector screen. Cheap and efficient 👍

One of my favorite studio fix apartments to date. The colors, the texture, the layout, that ENTRYWAY Shoutout to Gokhan for having such great taste already-that media console is gorgeous

Yesssss, if Alexandra wanted to work in another type of segments, she could have those kind of styling sessions with people preferably some of her viewers. The viewers can send in design inspiration and she could have in-store events at home since sponsored by HomeSense, where she walks the mini-groups or individuals around the store and show them some of the real pearls there at the store and also to show them how it could be styled in their space. The styling in space peace could be virtual like schematics, and if the peopyle choose to use those pieces they would then follow up with a photo op of how it was installed in their space. I'd watch the show!

This is one of the best makeovers I’ve ever seen on this channel. Period. I wish they’d wall mounted the TV so the frame really made it look like a framed painting. But this is 💯

Alexandra is such a visionary. The way the wood entryway mirrors the fluted windows?? Every detail is covered. Incredible!

Another great one! My favorite part about these reveals is Alexandra's sheer joy watching people try to comprehend that this amazing new space is theirs! Can't wait for the Parisian salon.

That entry way build is GENIUS. It completely transformed the space from being just, as he said, a random assortment of (cool) furniture strewn about the edges of a room to a home. Perfect additions to the furniture he already had. Those chairs are gorgeous. Wow. You really do have a knack for small spaces. And you are so attentive to what the person asks for.

🤣I made a comment earlier that Graham’s vibe was a mixture of old man when coming up and carrying through amazing projects and little boy when smiling. I accidentally left out the word “wise” old man. I’m 67 and he reminds me of how my father was always able to create magic out of found objects, brain power and hard work. Love your show! You’re all amazing!!!

Alexandra you knocked this one out of the ball park in everyway! I love the entry build. I sent the still life photo from IG to do many friends yesterday but today I can tell them about this video. My BF has the same type of space so I want him to see this video but my BF kitchen is literally foot room 3X3 to walk in. Smallest kitchen I have ever been in. The back of his fridge is in his hall closet but the fridge front is in the kitchen. Looks like your client's personal make over (haircut) is amazing as well but, I thought he was nice looking with his longer hair too. His personality shines!

That entry way is gorgeous & I love the new chic hotel vibes. Also if Gokhan wanted, he could also put those diy ceiling curtain rail & have curtains to hide his bed. Team AG works its magic again! ❤

Graham is a genius, the entryway is beautiful. It's amazing that AG got all of that comfy seating to fit so well in the small space.

You had some wiggly room with the divider, I think I would have given a foot to the bed area, so you can make the bed easier.

A high shelf is a plus, I think, because otherwise he'd knock his head on it after changing his shoes & standing up.

The girl is talented. I love the look of surprise and happiness she gets when her idea works.

Why so much entrance space and to little left at the end of the bed, to make it easier to make up the bed. The new wood canopy should be 30 to 50cm closer to the door. The entrance takes up the same space as what is left for the bed.

Was just thinking the same thing! A little more space around the bed would’ve been more functional. A small gap at the foot and against the wall. He can push the bed flush when he’s got guests and pull the arm chair further out to maximize the social area. These tiny tweaks that could be done would’ve drove me crazy 😭

Currently one of my favorite studio fix apartments. The arrangement, the colors, the texture, and that ENTRYWAY Bravo to Gokhan for already having such excellent taste-that media console is stunning.

This is 1000% more in line with the style I prefer. I love the videos for space planning but most previous guests' style are much more feminine. Really enjoyed this makeover

This is one of my all time favorite studio fixes! Entry is amazing, love both benches and how you problem-solved so many aspects, including great storage. Pushing the bed to the corner was genius and love how warm and cozy it looks. Great job.

What a knockout! Stunning. Only thing I might change is shorten the entry divider so the bench is flush with the door, thus giving a little wiggle room for the bed. But it is perfect either way. Come to think of it what do I know. LOL

Everything is beyond amazing! But the artwork for the Frame TV Alexandra chose is BEYOND!😂 I love her!✨

The studio turned out fantastic❤❤❤ So funny, I’m also a flight attendant and when you were showing his apartment at the beginning I could see his luggage and I thought “huh, he must be a flight attendant” but then he said he was an actor so I thought he might be travelling a lot but the topper bag is still an odd choice for someone who isn’t flying crew. And then you confirmed my original hunch. I’m happy for my colleague to have this lovely place to go home to. Well deserved. ❤

Such a lovely team effort here. You all work together so well it's a great antidote to all the YTubers that feel that they need negativity and drama for attention. The positivity is infectious!

@@AlexandraGater oh, I’m immensely enjoying the makeover! Studio Fix is my all-time favorite and y’all just seem to have so much fun throughout the process.

I love the scene at the beginning where Graham is on the floor by the bed. When I was in high school after we cleaned the house, I wood hide on the floor behind my bed to take a nap.

That turned out so well :-D The slatted wood entryway is genius! It would be nice to see more masculine style makeovers in future episodes.

Excellent make over. Love all the pieces selected, especially the ones with all the storage. The room divider rocks, perfect divider for the entry/bed area. I think the vase on the coffee table is to tall, just my opinion. It was nice to not have any pink!

Once again you took a small studio, filled it with more furniture and somehow made it look bigger! The entryway is genius -- I thought it might make the space feel smaller but it didn't have that effect at all. It's beautiful and functional. Your studio series is fantastic!

The makeovers lately have been so beautiful! I wish Gokhan had more room to stretch out his legs in bed or have his feet dangle over! Also, this sort of bed set-up will mean someone will always need to be disturbed if two people are sleeping in bed.

This was sooo beautiful 👏🏾😍 I do have 2 small things I would like to mention though: I feel like even though the divider is GORGEOUS, i would’ve made it a tad smaller and left maybe a little room at the foot of the bed for him to make his bed much easier. And it wouldn’t have taken away from the entry way because it was quite large anyways. And Second, I feel like we haven’t been seeing enough reactions to the custom features you’ve made for these people! In this one, it’s the hidden acting backdrop. I get so excited about how clever y’all customize things and then we don’t even see what they thought! It’s a bummer honestly! But again, beautiful makeover 🤍🤍

Alexandra is extremely talented! I don't see many interior decorators that shocks me in a good way. Her makeovers are out of the ballpark.
