Love the design and style of the home and property landscape, really beautiful! Just too much of the same color throughout - floors, walls, curtains, furniture, cabinetry, ceilings, molding, shower tiles, all a similar tan color in every single room except the very dark office - too much. But beautifully crafted home with a lot of possibilities! Thanks!
Beautiful! Like a dream of a house. My style for sure. But it bothers me about doors leading to outdoors in every bedroom! Not good when there are children especially teens. But what a vision!!!

It’s a different lifestyle there though, they don’t deal with the same crime that happens in the inner cities. The only thing you would have to worry about is them sneaking out but if a teen wants to do that, they are going to do it and now a days with modern alarm systems, it would be easy to make sure if anyone leaves or enters the house.

@@gloriamcgilvray3380Property taxes max at 1% here in California and it goes off the purchase price he got it for and then each year it is allowed to go up an additional 2% at most if the market value goes up but it will never go above 1% of the assessed market value. Our property taxes are pretty good here in California.

@@ANAVSLPThat was wrong info you were given, property taxes max out at 1% of the purchase price here in California and then it is only allowed to go up 2% annually of that purchase price with the rise in the market or assessed market value but it will never go above 1% if the market value of the house. We have Prop13 in California to keep low property taxes, that’s one good thing about California and why when people move to Texas, they are like what the heck, why are property taxes so high here.

A bit abandoned? They had to make it look as empty as possible for this video because they are trying to sell it and you are just used to modern looking homes that look outdated in 5-10 years whereas this house has a classic style that never goes out of style. Thats the good thing about it.

What’s wrong with that? That is where he is from and he is on his Ranch in Guadalajara now but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t have a vacation home or vacation homes here in California. He has to during training camps, he needs to be able to be here or Vegas to get ready for fights especially since training camps are filmed the entire camp now.
