It's a smart way to capitalise on having an audience, his problem is he just hasn't had the time to create a quality course yet. I'm sure if you had hundreds of thousands of people you could advertise to for free you'd capitalise on it in some way eventually.

Just keep in mind that with any rental car business, you technically do not make profit until you have recouped all of your initial investment capital through rental car income. Unfortunately most people in this industry get seduced by the revenue. Revenue is not profit. Also remember to factor in future repairs, maintenance, and seasonal slow downs.
