I really appreciate your feedback! I know a pool would have been a nice sight but honestly to whom ever pays $4M+ for this house, adding a pool will literally be a drop in a bucket to them.

Yeah that grass patch in the back needs to be replaced with a pool. Also, the tub should be a jetted tub for two. I guess if you can afford this home those are small upgrades.

For such an expensive and modern house i would expect SOME smart house connectivity like at minimum all the doors used to enter the house should have high end digital locks with bluetooth capability and built in camera. Some of them open with your smartwatch or smartphone so its pretty much keyless. Can still use keys on them too if something malfunctions. Some have fingerprint reader as well.

The exposed beams throughout this house was definitely a cool design element.

I am sold on the home because craftsmen have built the home and set the fit and finish... just wish I was wealthy to buy in this location... LOL

I see land$caping unfini$hed. I see my kid"s ball rolling down a hill. I see neighbors 10' either side. The concrete drive wasn't coated... in Denver?

Great video! Thank You for the interesting tour. But onestly, I don't like the house, sorry. Kitchen is nice, but has very limited storage for a house of this size - and the Butler's pantry simply feels claustrophobic. I would not like to prepare something in there. Also I cannot imagine to let children live in the two downstairs rooms without any light or view. In the end this is a really beautifully designed house with more than 7000 sf, but it does not even meet the needs of a family of four.

Awesomeness appears moreso like a mansion or vacationing resort and or 👀 looks like a place that persons could rent out for business parties and or reunion gatherings and or weddings and or other types of kind of parties persons could rent out such awesomeness is gorgeousness that's if the seller/s have a hard time selling sucha beauty or believe could make more money by renting out for gatherings, functions, parties and or vacationing rental.😁↗I'm just saying; as I often love to make comment or comments about houses, housing and mansion's that I choose to 👀 watch by KZread 🎥 showings.↗👌

Oh no!

Super beautiful house. If I had it built the garage space would have been sized to accommodate at least 4 full size lifted pickup trucks. Why house are built with garages to outdated size standards is beyond me. As others said the backyard begs for a custom sports pool.

4.5 mill is cheap for the location, square footage. You have 4.5 mill you don’t mind spending 150-300k in a pool. That’s nothing!

Have you seen a 4.5 million home without a pool? It should have already been done. No rich person would buy a house that price without a pool. Yes it might be 150k-200k for a pool than it should have been install. Builder mistake for not doing it while building it. Made the house look cheaper than the 4.5 price tag

Custom new builds in this community start over $3 million….The prestigious golf club and amenities/lifestyle is what people are paying for in Ravenna.

Wouldn't pay 1.7 for this home. Wasted space and the primary is really a waste
