One of the things I really like about Enes video's is that he talks to his viewing audience like a normal person. Not all, but too many people that work in "high-end real estate" can sometimes act like they're only speaking to billionaires or royalty, trying to sound so prim and proper like they're reading from a script given to them on a silver platter. Instead of acting normal. But I can tell that Enes has the same personality off camera as he does on. Yes you still want to be a professional no matter if you're selling a $500,000 home or a 5 million dollar home. But it's very refreshing to see someone that works in high-end real estate that has a very down-to-earth personality no matter who their talking to.

I am honored buddy and you explained it perfectly. I was sick of it myself watching people showing these house on videos like they re reading scripts. When we started this channel, our goal was to tour these homes, do a detail walkthrough and keep it real. Also, I am pretty much the same whether in front of the camera or not :).

I live in LA and know a lot of people that do very well for themselves, who have actually backed away from certain real estate agents simply because of the cheesy fake performance. They think because the client has BIG MONEY, the client expects some kind of grand royal performance from their agent. And that's not the case with everyone who does well enough for themselves to buy one of these homes.

I agree. There are lots of fake people in this town. I am straight forward, honest and authentic. Also most agents are very desperate to earn money, I am not. I am financially well of whether I sell them a house or not and clients can feel that. I never pressure my clients and all I do is give them the best advice I know, and so far that worked out flawlessly for me.

You and Mikey were like two well educated kids in a very fancy candy store who were oohing and aahing at the beauty that you were walking through and touching and experiencing. Not a negative word was said, it was just all good and I have such respect for you both for not only how you walk through this particular home but every single home I watch that you videotape. There is respect and joy and excitement and I can’t thank you enough. That’s what keeps me coming back to your videos every week. And by the way, next time I buy a house, you know I’m going to be calling you! Thanks again.

Ive never watched an estate tour video and felt so engulfed and attached to the house and feeling like I am in it. I say in that in the sense that your presentation (both voices) brought awesome balance to the table. You didn't rush and made sure you showed and explained the majority of the features that this palace contains. Great job and can't wait to see more content! Well done!

Fancy house tour Enes this place is huge. The scale of the rooms are huge. Good place to play hide and seek. The garage is huge, was it under the house. I have one car it would be lonely down there. When I'm looking at listings (or videos), even if there are diagrams available, I can't always seem to see where each room is as you're looking at the house. It makes a difference if it's pointed out when you can't be there in person; much appreciated. I'm commenting on an old video, but I hope you've kept this detail in your videos going forward (if not, maybe put it back?).

It's interesting how these really expensive homes look either like a hotel, or like an amazing family home. This looks like a hotel to me, like it's all made just to impress guests. But the house in the video called ' Inside a $50 Million Dollar Los Angeles Mansion' cost just as much, but that one i loved. There i could see a family (big family) live. Here, i could see guests staying for a night.

There is lots of competition at the top with very few buyers...

The step in the shower is called the threshold. Sometimes you see zero threshold being mentioned on a lot of new showers where the transition into the shower has no step. Love the content gents, keep up the amazing work!!

I like the St. Pierre mansion a lot more. This one feels like a weird cobination of an office building and a residential property. Also it has a cheaper feel to it. What I appreciate about this property is the dinner table - pocket door - pool mix. That looks good.

That oval dish in the kitchen is a food warmer. It should have a recess underneath with a heater for water, which the dish will float in. That house is a dream boat, with the main entry being the most beautiful part of the home. Amazing! Thanks Enes.

@Amy I think it’s pretty warm in ambience. However, the size and upkeep is way beyond me. That would probably be 10 full-time jobs!!! 😂😂😂 As far as ego goes, I’m not sure what a mansion like this truly means. If 50 people could live here harmoniously, that would be great. They could maintain it themselves. But people are so selfish, that would probably not work out without some type of formal supervision!!!

Yo Enes, first of all - I love ur videos. The houses you show are insane and a dream of mine far in the distance... I would love ur vids even more if you could make some less cuts so everyone can understand the layout of the houses (maybe the cuts are on purpose tho idk) and say something more about the location! 8:32 That is for sauces to keep them warm or buns keeping things warm it is always nice to keep your buns warm :) There is nothing like having hot food and a cold bun so that is why the warmer works to keep them warm. Or Gravy it is always good to have gravy in the warmer it really comes in handy at Christmas time or special occasions. I loved the master bedroom :)

8:25 is it for cook fish with steam? To poach whole fish in one piece while retaining flavor and keeping calorie count low. 😌

Any house can be special. We moved from a 2000 sq ft house to a 900 sq ft upper level duplex and we’ve never been happier. You make your home unique. Don’t ever feel like you’re somehow less. There’s a lot of very wealthy people in homes like this who are miserable.

LOVE. Prolly one of my favs.

Enes I prefer your tours as they are the most informative and researched. I can tell you do your homework and I appreciate that. 😉. This home was massive and you can’t cover it all in such a short time plus there were lots of folk milling around. A couple of things, you asked what the stainless steel receptacle was in the kitchen, I think it’s a Bain- Marie basin for keeping food warm. I could be wrong. Regarding the master bedroom, something that I noticed is the window beside the master bed looks out to the living room area and a guest bedroom directly across and I didn’t notice any window coverings. That would be a problem for me. Lots of light is great but I consider that a design flaw. A super house, but way too big! ☺️

dont get me wrong, this house looks so so so nice and i would absolutely love to live here, but honestly if i were to move into this house with all my friends and everything, it wouldnt feel too homey.

Enzo: This house has 4 huge bedrooms. Next shot is a bedroom that is very small with a desk crammed next to it.

I'm not big fan these huge mansions but if I were to live in one, this would be the one. The domes and arch structures are really amazing. And the Master wing... 😍. Very nice property.
