Am I alone in thinking this property is not as luxurious as it should be considering the asking price of almost £5 million and the slightly boxy looking rooms plus the one major flaw in the design which cannot be overlooked- the ultra low height ceiling?! LOVE the furniture in this house! Its all about comfort. 3:29 That hallway highbacked lounger is lovely!

The ceilings seem low for a house of that size and scale. I know they aren't low in an objective sense but they come across that way on screen.

This property is absolutely gorgeous and the rooms are huge! I love the main stairway as well as the discreet staircase that leads up to the third floor. What a dream it would be to live here, thanks for showing us around, I liked the way that you filmed this video it had a lovely natural flow to it!☺️

@@devster1975 Wikham Bishops near Witham. Look at the houses on Mopes lane. In fact there's one for sale now for £6.5 million with 25.5 acres and a lake. I came across the lane one day when out cycling. The properties and location are amazing.

Best channel on KZread when it comes to properties tours not edited so much you get the raw tour so you feel like you are actually viewing the house yourself

For that price, I would want a sauna, Turkish bath, and a rain shower. Towels need to be rolled up not hanging as it looks messy.

I used to live in buckinghamshire cuz of uni, drove by the house plenty times and always wondered how much it costs cuz it looks beautiful 😻 Glad it was recommended to me

Very nice practical design, only criticisms would be that the kitchen lacks any natural light, windows. Also the outdoor area lacks a nice covered patio area with outdoor fireplaces or built in BBQ. For an extend and modernised property they did a fantastic job. If it is a new build then I think there is still a lot of room for improvement when it comes to the design. Finishes are way above average though considering the price tag about on par.

Great size. Love the space offered by all the rooms. Good value.

Welcome to my home town! I have to say that's way over priced for a house on Windsor Rd, it's so busy.

What you get in comparison in the states for the same amount is nuts

When you get into that bracket typically the staging is just to give some ideas & most buyers will get an interior designer to pretty much make it more tailored to them if that makes sense. Even the bespoke furniture that it may come with you’ll probably end up replacing or trying to strike a deal for the property minus the furniture

The master bedroom blew my mind. Absolutely massive 🤯😍

You can tell it’s built by a developer without much money out into planning. Missed so much on opportunity to make it amazing. So many ideas lost in a block off style. Missed out on so many opportunities. Incredible potential if it was an old building but because it’s new it’s a mistake to have to change. Tried to make an open plan but lost parts and ended up with blocks or cubicles. Everything is a box/room rather then a large flowing property. Waste of money to purchase. Better to buy a few small properties in London and rent them out or sell them on clean washed then buy a property like this.

Love you guys, but this house just doesn't hit the mark for me, there is something not quite right about the design/layout, and it needs work. For the space available ,9,000sq ft it should be spectacular. The windows are not good, and hardly what one would expect on a Georgian Style Property, they should be sash windows.

this is a £5m property, I think even in less than 1m CAD$ you will have much better bigger property in Canada! I dont think developers in UK are good in designing homes!

Don’t even see £2.5m in this property, let alone £5m. The footprint of the house is very basic, it’s just a large version of a new housing development build. Lost of square rooms, didn’t take much creativity in the designing.

I'd like more garage/car parking space for lots of cars. Nice commentary and yes I'd definitely want more space and privacy from the neighbours. Lots of good features probably worth around £3.5 - 4 million. Lots of potential.

Yeah separate laundry room and we used a Cannon EOS 220D (10-18mm lens) Zhiyun Crane 2 stabiliser

All the rooms are a very good size. The master is huge. Those electric taps are a nice touch. And the fridge in the laundry room! Five summers can fit on that sofa. Those lights in the movie room feel like tiny stars in the sky. You pronounced the names of the appliance brands correctly. Are there drawers in the kitchen island? My mother is those some people who prefer a gas stove. Tiny blinders inside the window. Bathtub with space to put stuff on the sides, yes please. Top floor wardrobe is huge. A lot of natural light everywhere in the house. It is so nice. Overall a really nice rich people house.

Really cool House Tour! But when you showed the windows, I lost it. Here in Germany that are totally normal windows which you can find in every home- nothing special at all. And I am a Miele fan, because I live in the area where Miele has it´s headquarters, so pleased to see that they are sold in such beautiful homes!

I can't even lie, I came for the house but I stayed for Summer 😅

Def not. Worth the money for the price I’d be expecting the windows dressed a better stairway the house is cold with no athmosphere

Great video as usual and thank you for sharing. It looks great from the outside, but not from the inside even though the rooms are very generously sized. I think it's poorly designed with the kitchen being very dark for example. As a German native speaker I can tell you that you got the pronunciation of the appliances spot on Summer. :-)

Having those guys living there has to devalue it somewhat. No way they'll look after the place. Just like when you buy a car, if the previous owner is careful, something is less likely to go wrong/break
