The owners gave lots of thoughts into having things in the right places for practicality. Like the hidden kitchen, the utility and washing machine on the top floor. Very impressive and great thoughts into where you would want things in a home

This is one of the best homes you've featured on the channel. Sheeeesh! It ticks off literally every box.

Such a stunning property. Some of the more luxury homes feel kind of showroom-ish but this looks like a proper home you could live in, raise a family in, retire in. Well done to the developers, they did a brilliant job.

I love this house. That kitchen is spectacular and it's so nice to see some thought go into the layout of the property as most modern homes follow a very formulaic floor plan. The interior design is stunning and did I mention that kitchen OMG - I'm completely in love with this house. Great tour by the way, you really do this property justice.

This is one of the best conversions ive seen and indeed one of the best homes in England

this is 1 of the best home that you all have every toured in the UK. It has 1 of the best home interior and gardens that you have every toured in general it really looks like something that you would the U.S. Canada or Australia even the outside looks pretty good for a renovation of a 1950s British home. Tour was 1 of the best that you have every done also for a pre-walk though great details, explanations, scripts, history and clip inserts and general information. Please don't be offended by me saying this but It was 1 of the best home tour by a brit that I have every seen especially in the UK. keep up the good work.

This has got to be one of the best house tours. The house is fantastic, the owners have done a great job on the renovation. I'd love to be able to afford a house like this, it's definitely a house I'd love to live in.

The height and size of that tv in the cinema room is absolutely criminal! 😂😂 you’d strain your neck! Should be at least 85 inches and way way lower!

I don't often comment but in this case I just have to. This isn't one of, this IS the best house you've ever toured on this channel hands down.. Bold statement I know but I stand by it. This is one of those times that a house is actually worth more than the price. I so wish I had the money I would have made an offer tonight no hesitation. I'm so inspired by this couple.

Exactly. Not that I could afford it but townhouses or semi attached houses starting at 750.000€ around Frankfurt (Germany). Free standing houses from the 60s/70s that are nowhere near the size of this one roughly the same but they need a complete makeover.

Through my other channels, I have been following this journey as a subscriber way before you even had 3000. You guys were a great example of the saying "done is better than perfect". Now you are almost perfect! You have improved so much bro and this one is up there with the Ryan Serhants and Enes Yilmazers. This is a tight well produced and informative video. Great work, very inspiring.

Stunning house with huge space. One thing it needs is a walk-in cloakroom to take off outside shoes and coat. It should be near the front door, so go straight in and store them before going further in the house. This way, the house will be clean and tidy, and no footprints round the house. Why make the house dirty when there's a solution. 😊.

First time here, 2 minutes in, loving the front garden, design of the home & I would buy this home in a heartbeat… now lets watch the rest of the video…. Ok beautiful home but too out of the way. Amazing build, use of space, stunning interior design, just SUPERB.

As someone who loves opulance id also say this is one of my favourite homes. Id need a pool though. Thats all it is missing. This is better than some of the more expensive london homes that have no soul. You could really live in this. The surrey home and this one are my two current faves as a newbie to the channel.

Fantastic home. Beautifully finished and a lot of attention to detail. Just needs a swim spa to complete the luxury relaxation/exercise vibe.

What a gorgeous house! The only thing that woukd make it more stunning is if the bedroom & bath windows are bigger, more floor to ceiling just like the sitting area on the 1st floor.

Love the downstairs rooms, they are gorgeous, really love the alteration from the pool to the kitchen just lovely, bedroom and ensuite balcony well designed, delightful space just off the landing ,could sit have my coffee and a book , very handy wash area , just love the house, like the garden area BBQ,everything you would need, garage for recharging your electric car,

It's a very beautiful house, no doubt. For my taste the interior is rather a bit beige and grey. I would have so much fun putting my personal stamp on it with large colourful art on the wall, rugs, coloured cushions etc.

I really like it. I’ve saved it as I want to build ideas for my home if I ever get the chance but need a basement with a bar and cinema room and a side extension with a good sim and gym and the rest is great in this house, just darker tiles like state colour

I'm absolutely taken with the house and the entire property. I enjoy watching house tours, and while I don't automatically like every house just because it's new and expensive, this one really suits my taste. However, there are a few minor things that caught my attention. First, the uncovered entrance doesn't quite sit right with me; it feels a bit exposed, and the floodlight above the entrance door disrupts the clean look. I'd suggest adding a covered entrance, extending about 1.5-2 meters, in line with the door, and maybe throwing in two regular steps at the beginning. Next, the yellow bricks in front of the house are a small concern for me; I'd prefer them to match the red bricks at the back for a more consistent look. Lastly, the garage being separate and on the smaller side doesn't quite fit my ideal. I'd prefer it to be connected to the house for more convenient access, and it should have enough space for at least three cars, allowing room for two vehicles and some extra space for a bike, quad, or anything else. Besides these considerations, I really love the house.
