New Yorker here….Buyer beware (LOL!) What Ryan’s camera crew conveniently didn’t shoot was the off ramp from the Holland Tunnel (from New Jersey) which goes RIGHT past this place, not to mention round the clock cars, horns, vehicle fumes. Things are not always what they seem….However, I’d live there in a SECOND! F the horns and fumes!

I am 58 and retired at 50. One thing I did do to retire early was to get out of the 401K and IRA programs. Bought rental real estate and I am now a limited partner in about 1500+ units. I do not work. In 2017, I joined ROI with a reputable company. Live a little

My husband and I live off of our 401K, I recommend highly to everyone to build your 401K or Roth IRA's as an alternate revenue stream in retirement to your Social Security. An observation on 401K's is when it gets over 300K it starts to accelerate. When you get over 500K it can really accelerate as the stock market grows.

​@@DrJosefineHere in Germany,we pay so much taxes that it drives me crazy.You earn 100$:20% of VAT then 50% of that for income tax,then you have to pay like 15% trade tax,plus special payments like the IHK,and even when you make money with your taxed money,they have taxes for that,too. I will be so happy when I leave Germany. Can't stand this anymore

honestly for $19M you can get 5 luxury lake houses outside of NYC

Not bad, however there are many neighbors windows overlooking your outdoor space. The width of twenty five feet and private parking can negate some of the voyeurism that is certain to occur. Otherwise a great townhouse
