WELCOME to DESIGN SEED!
In today’s episode, we are here with a mission to educate our clients to design their house in favour to their surrounding landscape and not hiding themselves from it.
The living area of the house at Eco Ardence was specifically designed to feel very intimate and cosy. With the extra space in the centre and a glorious double volume ceiling, we decided to choreograph a new purpose for this property.
If you enjoyed today’s episode please share and subscribe, and support us by contributing a small amount by clicking on the super thanks button below.
Thank you for watching!

Very elegant design and definitely not boring. This designer is truely a perfectionist and deserves credit for his beautiful simplistic design, The designet had used all the natural elements. Living in a simplific design home is about feeling tranquil. A simplistic design can be added to any home to give a home peace & tranquillity The overall design of this home truely speaks for itself. A tranquit home.
I love the centre table with chairs on one side of it and the other side connected to an upper floor ! Regarding the aesthetics, some will find this boring, but for a lot of people as myself, it's perfect : flowing, seamless, serene. I'm looking forward to having such a home.
I really think you have done a great justice for this house, I love it when designers prioritize functionality over extremist design and over budget spent on unnecessary materials, marbles, gold, silver, crystal.. Practicality designers are needed and a big market for future professions to come. 'Way of living." Good word

Simplistic Design. Love the use of natural wood materials especially on the ceiling & connecting 1/4 of the wall. The fluted glass is a beautiful softf lowing entrance. Really like your overall concept design & Idioligy. Thank you for sharing.
The negative comments complaining but will never have the $$ to move out your parents home!
The dinning space is innovative and nice incorporating both modern and Japanese old sitting space.
I love your Japanese inspired homes. This one is one of the best for me.
with that dining solution their front room became an expo & the piece itself a craft masters exhibit. form, function, concept & execution all of it design genius
I appreciate every I saw in your house guys. The floor plan , the ceiling, lighting, inspirations name it. ✨😍
Admirável! Amo tudo que vem do Japão😍
Adorei! Um design com muita leveza.
I love the Japanese inspired sunken dining table, most of all.
Thanks! Your videos provide breathtaking inspiration that I've not yet seen prior, on YT.
I like the design, like the episode. Alex …good job and great narrative !
I cannot help but watched it multiple times. Thanks for sharing this video because it gives inspiration for people that would like to start a new life with a new home. KUDOS
Dinning area idea is insane. Awesome. 👏🏻👍🏻

Well suited for the family.
Waaah the home is soooo goood. I like this.
Wow!!! This is one of the most amazing house design I have seen!!! It is inspiring, is it a tiny sized home? Interested to know the floor area of first floor and 2nd.
My Godness. this is so satisfying to watch. the interior idea, is just amazing. I wish I could afford all this. 😞
Love ur artwork..cant wait to get my keys in 08/2023..
Wonderful property! Hope to have one like this.🥰
Very nice. I like the dining table area.

This is a very nice architecture

Lovely
we just discovered your yt channel... you remind us of kevin mccloud of Grand Designs and peter maddison of Grand Designs Australia with your story telling and calm presentations... well done and your videos have been part of our breakfast, like the rest of the grand design series 👍😎
Beautiful house
I enjoyed this space a lot :)
Super design...
Wow, what a design 👍. Going through your channel now and hoping I could get some inspiration for a nice bungalow layout design.
beautiful
Great 😊🙏✨️
amazing
Beautiful 😍😍😍😍😍.
I like this home.Pls attach floor plan measurements.

Niice design
Who is the builder for this project? They did a really good job. Design is one thing, building it is another thing. So many bad builders in Australia, it is difficult to turn architecture design into reality
it's interesting to see that there are such houses where i live...never expected this kind of innovation and idea's.. it would be great to know how much was spent on the renovations in the video's though... would help give us an idea how much we need to spend if we want something like it
It was a very interesting video my dear friend, I enjoyed it a lot, I hope you will always be successful and victorious and you are my friend because I am an architect and I am very interested in house design... ❤❤❤💯👍👌
I am kavitha living in Guntur I love minimallistic archetecture. Architects are giving to world life styles for living
great
Very good
The renovation is terrific. I get the impression houses and apartments in Malaysia (and Singapore) are allowed more structural changes in apartment buildings and gated communities/subdivisions than in North America. Some people spend a huge amount of money on renovations in these countries. I realize the owners have limited outdoor space, but I would not have left he half wall between them and their neighbour plain white. I would have made it a focal point somehow - a mural, a bright colour, mosaics, etc. Also, maybe the plants are still young but I would have put in larger plants for more privacy and greenery along that side. Alex, you do a great job of presenting Malaysian homes and offering design services. As one person said in another video, it would be nice to see a great renovation done on a very limited budget.
Simply Suberb !!
Beautiful house, but can you put in subtitles when the homeowners are talking?
Love timber but worried about termites, love the latticed sunlight filter and the shadows casted, love integration with outdoors no privacy concern but prefer screening because I'm a mosquito magnet
Some concept might suit somebody.. but not everybody. ' Privacy ' is something that need to understand better.
amazing video :)
really love watching design seed here in dubai, hope you can redesign my simple home in philippines
I'm interested in the dining chair
Уют домов это превыше всего каждый человек должен жить уютно
What was the estimated range in costs to the client for this entire project?

Good nice videos
I love it, i did not know about 2 kitchen in may conuntry is not comun. How long in the total area, with house y garden?
This is so beautiful. May I know what was the lot area? Because for that living room and kitchen space, it looks very big.
Another beautiful home... Appreciate the layout changes... Insightful... Well done

I love Japanese minimalist design, but the centre table with chairs on one side of it and the other side connected to an upper floor don´t, because I´live in Argentina. But the rest it´s perfect, sustainable and serene. Kind regards
Motorised curtain on the 2nd story windows unit. Another problem when it comes to maintaining it when the smart home system does not work
Japanese design their houses in such a way for earthquakes, and keeping costs low. Japanese also believe in minimalism which stems from Buddhist ideals.
❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉 mükemmel
Hi May I know that where to buy the garden auto water sprinkler system ? Thank you !
hmmmm! maybe intentions there but far away! more timber! specially on floor and some on ceiling!
I wonder how much it costs the renovation per sq ft
Moral of the story: people have too many damn walls in their houses
Expensive mind only millionaire can apply... forget others... ..
Can you decorate in thailand
How many sqm?
Can u share the dimensions of the house .It will be a get help
sorry i really need to ask 1 silly question.. 🙏🏻😞. all those beautiful houses no grill on the windown and sliding door. is it safe? because i see mostly house in malaysia use grill for safety.. or they use different type of glass? sorry just wondering.. 🙏🏻🙏🏻😩
It will be nice if the is an English voice over for the clients comments.. I don't enjoy watching this as much as the others. And I wonder on acoustic of the space.
Such a nice house and all, must've cost A LOT but picks a crappy cheap brand monitor. I lol'd.

I have no idea what is the appeal of these either... its a collectable toy/item called "Bearbrick".... i like art/decorative objects but dont find it nice at all and an eyesore.
to me, the bath is wrong because it’s a private space that opens in a public space(kitchen, dining and living) it’s so uncomfortable use baths like that.

I believe it’s a guest bath. More of a powder room for visitors but can double up as a bath for guests if needed. And there is no right or wrong in designs as long as the clients who live in it love the house. That’s the most important.

Overall good effort....BUT bathroom near to dining area is bad design. Imagine you can hear the toilet flushing or worst even smell while dining! Thats bad.

@@chaotiongsai @sgsilentwarrior Obviously everybody know that. Thing is who says bathroom must be near to dining area??? If a house can be hacked and rebuild, its all about the ID. Why is your head like a block of wood, cannot be flexible. Its obvious you have not seen what is big houses, good designs, still wanna make comments. A real idiot...
hi c# developer

Prism +, far from perfect though. As for "smart home" if you have to push a button, it's not really smart. A true smart home would regulate the entire environment without you needing to do a single thing.
Double volume living room = think of aircon size & electric consumption Fancy wide open window = think of mosquitos XD
Hi,I m from Pakistan, a consultant Gynaecologist. Can I design for my hospital from you.what will be the cost

hello malaika, i can help you design hospital , are you interested?
It is a nice design but unsure about the raised platform in the dining area. I feel like it would've worked better if the lounge area was raised to the same level as well using the same material or somehow incorporated the same material to become build-in sofa.
Beautiful house and design. Strange that cable management is forgotten at the workstation. Takes 30 min and costs no money/
Nice , but the color is a bit boring. Imagine the tatami is same colour as the table. Aiya, should be a bit different

A different colour here wouldnt look seamless. Dont forget this is centre of the home, you need flow.

@@krisztinafoo27 u should look at the British design and learn more about art. Different colour and texture evoke different feeling. The good designers are more daring to use different color and texture. Read Kelly Hoppen book .Even wood have birch , mahogany , ash, cengal etc and they evoke different feel. Sorrylah . The so called minimalist design is very boring. It is just oversimplify rather than simple yet have an elegant depth. This come with years of observation , and training in art.
