WELCOME to DESIGN SEED!
In today’s episode, we are here with a mission to educate our clients to design their house in favour to their surrounding landscape and not hiding themselves from it.
The living area of the house at Eco Ardence was specifically designed to feel very intimate and cosy. With the extra space in the centre and a glorious double volume ceiling, we decided to choreograph a new purpose for this property.
If you enjoyed today’s episode please share and subscribe, and support us by contributing a small amount by clicking on the super thanks button below.
Thank you for watching!

Very elegant design and definitely not boring. This designer is truely a perfectionist and deserves credit for his beautiful simplistic design, The designet had used all the natural elements. Living in a simplific design home is about feeling tranquil. A simplistic design can be added to any home to give a home peace & tranquillity The overall design of this home truely speaks for itself. A tranquit home.

I love the centre table with chairs on one side of it and the other side connected to an upper floor ! Regarding the aesthetics, some will find this boring, but for a lot of people as myself, it's perfect : flowing, seamless, serene. I'm looking forward to having such a home.

I really think you have done a great justice for this house, I love it when designers prioritize functionality over extremist design and over budget spent on unnecessary materials, marbles, gold, silver, crystal.. Practicality designers are needed and a big market for future professions to come. 'Way of living." Good word

The renovation is terrific. I get the impression houses and apartments in Malaysia (and Singapore) are allowed more structural changes in apartment buildings and gated communities/subdivisions than in North America. Some people spend a huge amount of money on renovations in these countries. I realize the owners have limited outdoor space, but I would not have left he half wall between them and their neighbour plain white. I would have made it a focal point somehow - a mural, a bright colour, mosaics, etc. Also, maybe the plants are still young but I would have put in larger plants for more privacy and greenery along that side. Alex, you do a great job of presenting Malaysian homes and offering design services. As one person said in another video, it would be nice to see a great renovation done on a very limited budget.
