The views and space externally are amazing. But the interior with that mirrored furniture is pure new money chav.

Not as homely as your council house?

I like it for its large, wide, and open outdoor and indoor living, social and recreational spaces. My children and I also love the indoor and outdoor soccer areas. The views are unobstructed, even though there's not much to see, except for the countryside. The interior is somewhat tasteless, but that can be remedied. I've never spent the winters in England, but is carpeting an absolute must because of the cold? Granite and marble is cold, unless you have underfloor heating, but wood is a reasonable insulator.

I DO NOT WANT A POOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unless it is olympic grade for swimming laps---no pool. I live in Floirda and I have a "pool," It is fun and all, but I would not buy another home with a pool unless it is olympic grade for swimming laps.

@@cookiedais ACTUALLY I would love to leave Florida for UK. I lived in UK on an RAF when I was in the USAF in the DS--Desert Storm, but I do not have the money, and I do not think I could get a Visa, or whatever, I do not even know how that works---you know for permanent residency in UK

Couldn't agree more - unfortunately the interior doesn't reflect the Georgian exterior of the house which I think looks lovely. Personally I'm not one for bling/shiny interiors (although the kitchen does looks nice). Plus I think the inside of the house just needs a bit of colour

I make you right. I'm not doubting the craftsmanship or the attention to detail, I just find the place too big, and that's when it starts to lose its homely feeling. The surrounding countryside looks superb to be fair. If you think this is soulless, take a look at the home they call 'The One' in LA! That is an absolutely monstrous property

It's a nice big house. For me needs nicer furniture, maybe hire an interior designer, get some art up on the wall, a little personality. Indoor football pitch could be a gym, room with the bike maybe a yoga/ relaxation room. Garden needs landscaping, very exposed at the minute some tree's and bushes would help. The houses to the back and side are very odd, would probably put a lot of people off with that kind of budget.

Id imagine its an Aston Villa players house as its near Birmingham

All depends on the family living in it and memories are what you make of it that matters also

£2.5M 3 Acres of Land that’s a steal, great view and land. The house is good, neutral colour as it’s for sale. Lots of personal touches can be done. 💯 Price is Fantastic

The house needs some couloirs and life put in to it! It’s a blank stage.. in door football pitch got to be a pool or large gym!! The garden needs some money put in to it trees planted walls put in even maybe a pond and vegetable garden so it’s not just a field

I don’t know why anyone would want a view from their home of a football pitch and distant electricity pylons?

Feel like they could do a lot more with the garden instead of just having a massive expanse of lawn.

OMG--Yes!

What an odd property. Neighboring houses crammed cheek-by-jowl, but otherwise in the middle of nothing. Decent sized lot & the house itself seems to have a reasonable & generous layout, but both are blank slates & not far off builder-spec. House would need additional funds for personalizing, but technically looks move-in ready (assuming the buyer actually likes the existing carpet & fixtures & suchlike). The gardens are basically just a barren grass-scape; at least there's nothing that needs to be ripped out before landscaping. Pity about the power lines, but I expect one would get accustomed.

Really nice place and to be fair, good value. I think the most appealing part of this property is that it is a blank canvas with so much more you could do with it. First things would be a recording studio then maybe a bit of colour on some of those walls, not a fan of the dining furniture but small issues for someone who could afford this magnificent house!

nice home but it lacks character. I prefer a more rustic look. Shiny floor tiles, and bling lights do nothing for me. Personally I'd rip out the interior and start again
