I've seen quite a few of your videos now and I think this one is my favourite one so far. I'm researching homes like this for a project and your channel is incredibly helpful! The way you and Mikey work together explaining the features and amenities is mostly what got me to subscribe to your channel. I loved when Mikey asked you about what kind of shoes you put in the shelves behind the front panel and you said "I don't know Mikey. Really? A work of art? I mean... Behind the thin surfaces of Italian marble, French woodwork, German stucco, Greek mosaic, all the imported stuff to make it needlessly expensive. The house itself is just concrete slabs with steel and glass imported from China. There is no architecture, no real design. If this house was on ground level in the city, it would be your local minimart with a car wash. American "luxury" is just about big empty spaces. Who wants to live in an empty hotel. Walking 10 000 steps a day inside your own house. There is no happy family with 3 kids that are going to live in this space. These are almost never actually LIVED in. They are just investments for the rich to put their money into.

Yea, is DREAM ! VERY INCREDIBLE ! but there is a significant minus is the view. Boring view of the desert mountains with houses. The city is not visible at all.

This is the best house I've ever seen on your channel. Even the $100M homes sometimes look a little bit cold; I like the wood and darker tones warming everything up. This place actually looks like a home while still being an architectural masterpiece.

It’s so hard to say which of these homes are best. You kind of get lost or absorbed in whatever home is being shown. This home definitely has a masculine feel, but it’s very elegant at the same time. I can’t imagine ever being on a home like this but it can’t hurt to dream! Thank you for these great presentations!

Now this is what I call a dream house....man seriously in love with this mansion.....the only problem with this house was the gym, it was small....

I'm really glad I found this house on the market because of the unique entryway with the connected underground garage which reveals itself at the bottom level of the house.

A ton of people do not realize the level of skill this is showcasing from the engineer. Beautiful

this house is like a resort damn near i can imagine having alot of family and friends over comfortably with all the guest rooms and and guest house having to bring nothing over bunch changes of clothes getting haircuts n massages workouts n id hire staff to bartend and top tier chefs enjoying all the amenties in what seems like paradise

OMG... This home is absolutely amazing. Every part of this estate was thought out carefully planned and methodically built by craftsmen of every trade. The day time tour was amazing, but, the night time tour was epic. To the architect, you design is brilliant. You captured the breath taking views, with walls of glass and brought the out doors in with massive automatic glass doors. I could go on and on. 45,000,000.00 seem like a deal. The 1/2 court tribute to Coby Bryant with his team mates was awesome and emotional for me. Great job Enes Yilmazer! Thank you for sharing this fine estate.

I loved all the art pieces and the moss wall is definitely my favourite thing from this amazing house. That bright green color is so relaxing and refreshing that I just couldn´t stop staring at it (wish the house had more indoor nature features like that)...and the art pieces are really interesting and eye - catching. Usually luxury houses display very dull paintings and overall decoration.

Oh my god- this is the best house I‘ve ever seen! Perfect design- inside and outside. Large rooms but the rooms are not halls, so its still kind of cozy. ☺️ So many special features in this house- AMAZING! 😍😍

This house felt so peaceful, that could be because there is a lot of natural light coming in and the doors open up to allow the wind. And the weather adds up as well 😍

This is very true. 18,000 sqft, whilst very large, can feel homely. It’s when you see these 30,000 sqft ones or the horrific “The One” 🙄 at 105,000 sqft that you realise too big is too big. If you want to see a homely British home of a similar size, search for Titlarks House 👌

omg....the bathroom is bigger than my entire tiny apartment, I just love to watch these amazing breathtaking tours. Just for a few minutes it takes me away from everything. I am just in awe!! Then reality hits me....hahhaha

I love how I could park my cars in the gallery and use it as a garage, and the _modern_ feel just generally works great in LA. Love this house’s vibes. 🔥

I am Absolutely in Love with this place! It's well-balanced (harmonious), lots of natural light, light-colored floors, Aquarium, Green moss wall, modern, beautiful light-fixtures. I completely agree. This was the first Enes home tour I watched and after binge watching it remains my favorite , none have compared to this gorgeous home .
