I love it a lot! I love the architecture design, interior design and furnishing. Very styly and I love all the whole building has great natural lighting and create brightness in every rooms which is different to many traditional and common housing in Indonesia where houses always look dark and have bad design in choosing design or lack of creating natural lighting to the rooms, beside using dark colour accents to wall, frames, or furnitures also, Lack of glass windows.

Crazy how much things cost in Bali now. Decent looking place but not $400/K worth in that location.

If you want to make your custom home, you can lease the land from someone you trust, like Jack and Lauren Bullen did to their villa

Kibarer real estate in Bali now accepts BTC and ETH as a form of payment for their real estate.

The villa beautiful.1) 400000$ by law all transactions must be in quoted in IDR..2) a forgheiner cannot own the land it is in the Indonesian constitution 3)if you take the deal to a bank for a mortgage they will laugh as they know they will never get their money back if you default on the lawn 4)they will yes yes yes u to death until they get your money the estate agent.the notary and(( your .)) Lawyer they will be perfectly synchronized to aliviate any doughts you have about the deal.5)any problems regarding the property legality of the building. axes road to the property.hostile local neibors will be dealt by the local banjar. Not the courts.CAVEAT EMPTOR..

nice house but many local rats around, so many unpleasant problems comes up and must know that extorting money all the time just after it sold.. Stay villa or hotels never buy any property.

That is strange that you cannot buy land in Indonesia if you are foreigner. That is open discrimination. Here in the US, people in China buy property without even being in the US. In India, I visited a few years before the Pandemic, a foreigner can buy a house or flat in residential areas but you cannot buy anything in any agriculture land, like a farm house. I saw a lot of British and Russians that bought a lot of their own properties in Goa, India which is exactly like Bali, with beautiful beaches. Other parts of India it is rare to see foreigners own properties. The cost of living in Goa is a little cheaper than Bali. But I see a lot more foreigners buying property in Bali even though you don't own the land? I think it is just discrimination. It is not right. I also visited Kenya, and the coast has beautiful white sand beaches and all owned exclusively by foreigners. They even have an Italian village and a German town and lots of Israelis with hotels. The cost of real estate on the cost of real estate is equivalent to the US, very expensive!! The cost of living in Kenya is twice that of Bali but yet properties all along the coastline are owned by foreigners. They must all be rich folk, from Europe and Israel. They don't have any fear of investing in Africa. Although Kenya is the most stable country in Africa. Sorry for all the FYI, but I have exploring where I can live on the beach with a small budget. However, i have to say, is not right for Indonesia to openly discriminate against foreigners!

A sale would come about in Bali, the property prices/m2 (freehold) in Sanur, Kuta, Canggu to Nyangi are now almost as expensive as in Switzerland... and in Switzerland you get at least a very good infrastructure with offers such as roads, sewage system, electricity, waste disposal, etc. everything of this lacks here in Bali... Hello from Bali 🏝

I wish you two would script your videos, or at the very least just let one person speak. It is very distracting when you both talk over eachother trying to say the same things. A nice tactic could be questions and answers... the person holding the camera can only ask questions and the person on camera can only speak and answer questions.
