Hey thanks for the input! We agree what they did with the space is a great concept. There's more villas being developed with a newer style like this with great utilization of space plus a lot of thought about catering to daily rentals and making things convenient with plugs and smart-home features etc. Glad you enjoyed :)

You don’t actually own it forever, the land is leased and if lease is not extended, you can’t exactly take the house with you. Unless you can get a good ROI fast, you’re basically spending your money to build a nice home for the landlord that you can temporarily live in until lease is over.

It's a shame foreigners cannot own property in Bali. Only lease.. which really meana long term rental

A long lease is an ownership as long as the lease contract is properly drafted and you have a good extension. At Propertia Bali we strive to make sure our customers are making the best agreements possible..

How long is the average lease? I live in the UK and some can be really short.. which means you will have to pay thousands to Keep the property. I much prefer the French system * Viager* where you can stay in your property until you pass
