  Very funny how you guys market this as buying when you actually just taking a very long rental agreement. Do it right and buy freehold - even though it’s way more complicated as foreigner.

  Obviously we disagree - leasing is not like renting. With a strong extension the land can be your forever. But yes Freehold is also a great option - the problem is that there is very little inventory which has pushed up the prices where it doesn’t make sense anymore 😅

  I know this home is out of my budget. Yet, the beauty and perfection of the design allows changes. I have seen so many that are wonderful places. This place is definitely home sweet home.
