when he said "bought" its actually leasehold, so he don't really own the land, but yes he can lease it for up to 20+ years, a lot of misconception for foreigner to claim that they "bought" a house in Bali and people think they then actually own the land.

Someone that claims that they “Bought” doesn’t mean he is saying I” own”. He still bought the 20 year plus lease.

the pressure in the machine is 9 bar. But you can adjust during the shot for the ultimate extraction. When you have a machine like this its doing exactly the same thing everytime you use it. Its not because of the machine its actually because of the Barista if the coffee is good! something to remember :)

I've been follow you since the very beginning of your travel to Bali ... But i was wonder.. you have been stay long in Indonesia... Do you can speak bahasa too 😅

He's speaking about chipped countertops.... and goes for the all-known easy to chip the edges, Dekton.... yeah, good luck with that.... I had dekton (By Cosentino) in some projects... and its not reliable... the fact that is hard AF, is real, you can use as a cutting board.... but that strenght has its downsides... like, the edges of the countertop will chip and get scraches... Also, the Grohe matte sink, looks amazing when new, but it will get scrached soon... I wouldnt recommend it... Im surprised you used those materials,,... I don't know who you consulted... but... as a 15 year on the construction/decoration industry myself, beautiful and expensive doesn't mean good or reliable.... Dont get me wrong, I have clients where I put those products, but theyre clients that redo the kitchen every 5 years... But I strongly recomend not to use them on daily use kitchens. Next time, If you want some good advise... contact a professional. Also, you can contact me if you want.
