Yup my type of mansion my relative own a house can park to 10 or 20 cars in one lot

I really think that Mediterranean style houses are more cozy than the modern ones

Beautiful home. I'll love to see what the guests house look like from the inside.

That back yard was a blank slate. I would build a work out room/pool house and a half court in the back. I would build a out door bar area with a fire pit and more seating. So much space.

Very nice house. Well priced as well. My only issue is that I would replace the astro turf with real grass and build a covered gazebo over the bbq and outside lounge area. Sold my Woodland Hills home a few years ago because it was SOOO HOT! WH is the hottest part of the valley. If its 90 degrees in L.A., its 112 in Woodland Hills.

Loved everything about this home. That’s for sharing.

I really like this home, a few things I would change : theatre room, get rid of the elevator it’s only 2 floors. I would also make the house more open concept and that wet bar is just taking up space. 2 separate master bathrooms are just ridiculous 😂. But I really love the outside of the house and all the balconies. I would also make it more indoor outdoor. 2 laundry rooms are a waist of space I would just keep the one upstairs. With all of that space down there I would make a play room or a game room.

This place is so cozy and spacious, love that!

This house wasn't overly flashy and it had no reason to be. Absolutely beautiful!

I wish we would have been able to see the guest house. I really love the grass area in the backyard. I like it when a developer has more than enough space to not only put in a decent sized swimming pool, grill area, with more than enough space for several tables and also a large grass area. Instead of like so many homes in LA where the baby swimming pool takes up most of the small backyard and there's only enough space for one table. But yet they call those an "Entertainers backyard".

This is a party house i think 😆 it has a lot of parking spaces, massive backyard, and large master bedroom balcony ❤👍

I love the house, the master balcony and even the room with Dior pictures on the wall. Of all the houses I have viewed on your channel, it is the first time that I have seen a huge safe. The finish in the house is fantastic. I would love to have looked around the guesthouse too.

Thought you where going to show the guest house. Loved the layout of this home.

Really nice house. Very spacious. Very well furnished except for the all-white living room. The kitchen is spacious but that seems to be the theme of the entire house. Breakfast bar seating is decent. Huge fridge and freezer. I am not Ross so not a fan of dinos. The bathroom for the youngest daughter is really good. Also, the vanity in the guestroom bathroom is very nice. The balcony with small lights is such a good addition. Are pocket doors to the outdoor yard and patio automated or manual only? That entrance chandelier is amazing.

Beautiful house Love the 2 bathrooms in the master,unique And the lawn so huge,can host a wedding Loved the Rocky poster 🥊

Darren you always mix up formal living room with family room ive noticed haha. The first one is formal living room and the one off the kitchen is family room.

AMAZING.

I feel like the Valley is that geek in HS that is suddenly having a glow up. $4 Mil + is kinda crazy for the Valley (goes in line with everything you get) but still crazy. [Not including Calabasas/Hidden Hills] Love the diversity of your home tours, Darren!

Very nice tour. So fluid and i can really imagine myself walking with you around the house as it doesnt have too many cuts. I just a lil sad that you didnt use the main stairs and we didnt get to see the guest house. But great job nonetheless.

Finally a house that make sense for the cost of California.....I've seen very tiny homes for this price in LA and this is worth more than those to me....since I work home it would for me and those who are social maybe not but why not just bring the social gathering to your home with plenty of insurance to protect yourself because its California people sue and the fires. Now if the income tax was not death I would consider it.

Shockingly I have three favorite things about this house the giant balcony the elevator and the pool of course I can’t resist the pool and yes don’t forget the light of the partya DJ set would work on that balcony along with the dance floor

This is way better than any toll brothers house. I can always add in the accent walls and built in cabinets later rather than paying toll brother's prices for add ons as well as additional annual property taxes due to higher purchase price. Lot is also way bigger, you can park a couple RVs, plus throw in additional house while you're at it with an additional pool. I'd rather have more driveway rather than more lawn or landscaping though it's nice to have those with water features I guess, just not very practical and heavy on the water and landscape maintenance cost. Elevator a must have for elderly and handicapp access, as well as downstairs laundry. A real swimming pool (actually the pool could be a little bit bigger) and backyard not the dinky toll brother's variety. (BBQ area could use a covered patio) Last but not least no HOA. I would add a full basketball court there's enough space. the outside bathroom should have a shower and be assessable from the inside as well rather than the bathroom with two entrances.

If there's gonna be a separate his and hers bathroom, they should include a tub with the his as well. I like soaking in the tub before an actual shower and I'm sure most guys do. They just won't admit it.

Although I can’t afford a house like this one, I prefer this house over the new ones they build that look like museum

It's cause of the neighborhood it sits in. Like a lot of large "mansions" that are built in LA (mainly the valley), they're built in average neighborhoods with small older homes. Not in a nice upscale neighborhood of other mansions. So that brings the price down.

As someone that dreams of winning the lottery, I've put countless hours into thinking about how much I'd like to win and what I'd spend and what I'd save. It has got to the point that anything less than like, $20,000,000, is unacceptable. Lol. Its obviously better than nothing, but I'd be a little disappointed. Because I wouldn't be able to get the things I've already planned on getting, wouldn't be able to put a certain amount into investments that I already planned out, and I wouldn't be able to help the people that I planned on helping. I'm not saying I wouldn't be grateful. Because I could easily live off of $20,000,000. I just wouldn't be able to help all the people I planned on.

The elevator can be very useful for people who are disabled- and not necessarily "lazy".

This is truly a dream house ! And your whole family would fit in there comfortable.
