I really think the mark was missed here, I really wanted to see this home just be toured by you. I think you bring a wonderful vibe and energy to it and with another guest that doesn't match that kinda throws off such a nice home. I don't think there is anything wrong with Shelby Church but her vibes are different from yours in how you tour and show off homes. I would have liked to see just you and the crew.

It’s not easy stepping out in front of thousands maybe millions of ppl, especially when their critique’s can be mean! I can tell you push yourself and I think that’s admirable. You’re always classy; a true gentleman. In videos such as this, you have to know how to make that work. A few thoughts: Where you’d always wait for the lady to reply w/o interrupting, you kinda should interrupt (not in a demeaning kinda way of course). I know that sounds crazy (and rude) but my point isn’t that, it’s to keep the video flowing without those awkward moments of silence. Not sure if you noticed how she was trying to help you through her action, better feel the vibe of it all: to relax and let it flow essentially. An idea if you decide to go it again with another person, is to allow them to do one room or section of the house while you do the other. And then come back later (as you did with video showcasing certain parts of the house without anyone else in the shot). I think it would make for a much more seamless video. Mic’s would have also made a positive difference as some of the video is difficult to hear/comprehend. Finally, confidence goes a very long way. It helps make the videos more interesting and believe it or not, makes the property more interesting, too. You’re selling it after all, as you’re selling yourself-your brand. Right now, I think ppl know you seem to be a really good guy with a wonderful personality, which is awesome but, unfortunately, it can also be a bit boring (sorry).😊 where’s that guy who takes calculated risks (not just on the houses he chooses)? Where’s the guy who can clown around and tell a joke or two-NATURALLY? I think ppl would enjoy seeing that side of you. Relax and let it flow. You’re doing great! Don’t let anything deter you. You guys keep it up! You’re going places.

I agree this one (unlike the others) was a bit awkward and felt off. It was actually distracting more than anything.
The audio was pretty bad. I would invest in a mic.

@@Inyria you might as well go with a boom mic so you can have more than 2 people in the future. Shelby has people that work for her so she could have that person hold the mic, that's the professional way to do it, looks better on camera. She can post the video on her YT channel as well to make some money to cover her expenses. I've seen videos where darren holds the mic to the camera guy to get his take, that's fine I guess if he's just giving his opinion at the end.
I still love this house... Even if i watched all the vids about this house again and again I wouldn't get bored

Darren, I think you may need to redo this one, yet again. Solo this time please; you and Raul are enough. I had no idea who Shelby Church was before this video and I'm in no way impressed enough by her to find out. Her presence was ABSOLUTELY POINTLESS.

I love watching your videos and you bring a certain vibe as well as charisma to the house tours, but I don't know what happened to this tour. Looking back at your past videos, when you talk it's as if I'm there with you walking through the house and you're so engaging. Maybe the lady is not a good fit for the tour. You're better off alone.

Next time leave Shelby church at home. I can tolerate the poor sound quality, but insipid observations are tiresome beyond endurance.
Don’t worry about the audio you’re doing good work.. I would suggest you to learn from Enes Yilmazer and his way of making videos and telling all the details and mentioning everything.. Thankyou

Nice house and tour but it's not the usual video quality. Audio was all over the place and the color grading for the property wasn't as crisp. Lots of blown highlights, lacking detail in the shadows. A bit much of fade/haze so it doesn't appear as sharp. With real estate, it would be nice to see the detail of the materials but the color grading destroys it. The reddish/orange skin tones that look like spray tan too.
Wonderful video! Shelby added a great vibe and I enjoyed watching it. Could you tour 277 St.Pierre Rd. Bel Air please? I would LOVE to see a tour of it!

I think having a guess to tour breaks the flow of the tour not enough good presentation to house footage. Guess should only get an introduction than a little resume at the end

This house is nice but it's been toured by several different people on KZread for well over a year now. I've come to realize the houses that sit on the market for several months or even several years are the ones that are filmed and toured many different times by several agents and non agents. Basically the homes that are hard to sell even with a big drop in the selling price.
Only watched because of the girl 🌟
