It's been over two weeks since Enes posted anything. But this house was in one of Enes's videos about a year or two ago. I'm surprised this house is still on the market.

That master closet and backyard look nicer than some of the mansions that cost twice as much as this home - fantastic!

This castle was well constructed. Cozy but spacious. I really like the dining room, theater and backyard...that master bedroom/bathroom is just wow💎

To me a home without a rooftop deck is wasted space which is why I usually don't like farm houses and/or castles. Other than that the interior is really nice. Well done. It just needs seperate his and her baths. And I"m loving the yard spaces and garage.

Compare to homes ova 50mil+ this home is a winner both in a good use of Space and The overall Enterior / Interior look of this home. There is so many to cover but every inch of this home is just incredible, Movie room, Chef kitchen, Backyard, and that Guest Room what more could u ask for? I thoroughly enjoyed the Tour! I feel what u feel Darren...This home is one of a kind! You killed this like Always! Keep Flying high Your doing Amazing! Another one I really love a lot and more! ❤💯

Great house and yet another great vid dude. Its nice seeing homes in the low 8 figures (prefer the more "affordable" 7 figure homes though) being presented. This home is super nice but the wife thinks Woodland Hills is too hot. We sold our west valley home several years ago and like the "cooler" climate here in Encino. "Cooler" as in its about 5-10 degrees cooler than Woodland Hills/Calabasas which are the hottest places in the valley.

That water feature isn’t water. You’ve seen it in a few videos but another KZreadr, Enes, pointed out that it is oil. That’s how it can flow so slowly with cool patterns. Mention that next time :)

Surprisingly open landscape for still technically being LA. I guess parts are still undeveloped. With a nice Vtol aircraft you quickly get around. The lot has room for it. They should make turf in a natural color variation. Should be quite possible to make turf that looks identical to real grass. But no concealed door hinges. They had one job.

This is the most beautifully constructed mansion I've seen. It's exactly what I want in a house. This will be mine. Yahuah is great!!!

The three-car garage should be HVAC. That closet elevator was the best feature ever! Except it looks like it is shafted throughout the house. However, it's limited to the closet which is a big disappointment for this price point. There should be more open flooring with pocketed sliding doors leading to the backyard offering a more expansive view upon entering the property.🙁 Do you think a recessed expresso machine would've been warranted at this price point? Its hard to be believe that with all those features and slick design and spaces, yet this modern castle is just a little over 10k sq. ft. The master suite was to die for.

Don’t feel bad. People who buy these large homes typically only use 20% of the indoor space. I would like to see an older home that has been remodeled inside. These new homes are all pretty much the same despite the big bucks spent to make them unique.

I also watched this on JP Mansion tours vid and its 14M dollars. Imagine if i can afford that i would rather buy on you. Its 2M less i can buy 3 supercars on that money. 😁

I don’t think that there is a ‘too late’, although most people wish that they had started earlier. The leisure time afforded by retirement may be an opportunity to research those small-cap stocks that the Wall Street analysts can’t be bothered with, or to deploy local knowledge that is not readily available at the national level.
