@@richardhudson1243 Even with the right technique and assets some investors would still make more than others, as an investor, you should’ve known that by now, nothing beats experience and that’s final, personally I had to reach out to a stock expert for guidance which is how I was able to grow my account close to a million, withdraw my profit right before the correction and now I’m buying again.

I advise you to invest in stocks to balance out your real estate, Even the worst recessions offer wonderful buying opportunities in the markets if you're cautious. @@hunter-bourke21 Yeah, financial advisors could make a lot of difference, particularly in a market such as this. Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look. I have been using an FA since 2019, and I return at least $21k ROI, and this does not include capital gain.

I have been working with JULIA ANN FINNICUM for about four years now, and she's really, really good. If she meets your discretion, then you could go ahead with her. I endorse her.

Beautiful symmetrical modern mansion by developer Ray Misrati. I like the master bathroom of this mansion because it is revolutionary and original. Ray design the master bathroom vanity and sink like a kitchen island that he put in the middle of the room. The shower looks like a Persian gem throne. the blue stone of the shower is very beautiful. I like the open design living room, kitchen, and dining room. I like the kitchen island stone., The curved stairway is a piece of art. The moss wall is beautiful and original. I like the master bedroom, I like the master closet with the two islands with waterfall borders. I like the big lap pool. I like the mansion view of the city and I like the balconies of the mansions. My only complaint with Ray's house design is that he puts the fireplaces in front of the master bedroom and living room view., therefore blocking part of the front view. He should put the fireplace on the side. Awesome mansion by Ray Misrati.
