It seems like the developer put every effort into the interior experience of the home and forgot to design something architecturally relevant from the outside. The exterior of the home doesn't make sense whatsoever.

Backyard facade is decent. The front of the house is horrible with no frontage. It's a driveway and facing a massive prison wall.

Remember it was once listed for $100mill.. The interiors are one of my favourite all time but Im not a very big fan of its Modern Spanish architecture for this specific home.. And still for $59 million I won't want any neighbor looking over my mansion but that's just me.. The best basketball court in a home ever! 👍🏻

Look where there at on google earth and-it doesn’t seem anyone could this because of massiveness of estate, the only way someone could do this is with a telescope. All of these houses are multi million dollar homes and they very spaced between them, some of the houses are being built at this moment

I love this house, but if I hit the lottery tomorrow, I wouldn’t buy it. There’s absolutely zero privacy. Every one of your neighbors is looking down & into all those huge windows & the only view you have is just that small Canyon.

Overall a pretty good tour. You should have a done the outro with a brief nighttime tour. You always include a night tour!

I like the first floor, but I’d put the dining room in front of the kitchen and the tv in front of the fireplace. I think it’d look good. But yea I agree the garage could be doubled in size with the basketball court converted. Make the value of the home go way up.
