Great video! One of the main selling point is the Palm view. It would've an awesome video, if the view was captured at night! Definitely not worth 25 mil AED. I would rather go for a villa for the same amount.

25 Millions? Come on at least lets make the fit out better than à very basic hôtel room. Very good video thanks for it but I hate the inside furniture's. If I could buy this, first thing I do is completely change the fit out.

The penthouse does not cost 25 million us dollars it costs 25 million AED (United Arab Emirates dollar) 25.000.000 AED = 6.807.351 US-Dollar
