You need to accent things like WOLF APPLIANCES, very high end and very important in a house like this. Also you need to be less sexist, it could be the wife working in the office while the husband cooks dinner.

The house is gorgeous. And you were great in describing it, but "...while your potential wife is cooking you dinner in the kitchen...." Dude, really? You should show the house to both men and women. Thanks for the tour, and all your hard work. 😊 Oh, and maybe show more house. You are absolutely adorable but you don't have to be in the middle of every picture.

This house is easily $10M where I live. My house at 2700 ft, 40ftx100ft lot is $2.6M up here.

There are homes in Gilbert that are going for over 2 million dollars and are not custom homes and the lot sizes are not even close to the size of this home.

really needs to work about not to embellish so much....

I wish I could see more house less you,no offense. The shots are mostly stuck on you and you can’t see the house. Pay attention to wide angle shots and B roll. Whoever’s moving the cam is very unprofessional and it shows🙁

You spent too much time talking instead of showing the house.

I don’t even get to see the house just guy wanting to talk at the camera, talking about stuff never seeing it, and talking bout what he’d do and still haven’t seen anything

could have done without the narration.

Disappointing master to say the least. Small, poorly lit, and no island in the small closet. TV wall in living room was left over from the 50's, reminded me of the Brady Bunch house.

Hey man... was thinking the exact thing. The house is spacious, upscale, modern... but none of those transfer over to the master. Master feels cramped. Reminds me more of a luxury condo.

PLEASE: Your videos show ONLY quick sweeping views of the house while spending more time on waist-up views of YOU! WHY? Also, what's with the 1980's salesman pitch. Just speak intimately, like you would to your significant other. And watch Yenes for tips...
