I’ve seen many properties, and this one is like Whoa … just brilliant… I’m sooo impressed

Unless I missed it, not one time did JP say I'm 6'3 for reference. But besides that the large primary bedroom, bathroom, and closet in itself is a house. And I love the fact that this property has privacy and isn't stacked up against a bunch of other houses. With the land and views you really get your money's worth.

Yes, this is definitely an ideal multi-million dollar dwelling. I'm in love with the outdoor areas and landscaping. Looks like a resort.

If you take it into account back in July 2020 it dropped to 5.4 million US, and the reason why it went up so high leaves me to wonder if it comes with the red carpet treatment and a handjob ja да

Really nice home. The bones of the home are great and the backyard is amazing. The house does need a lot of updating as much of the wood and style make it look dated.

That lighting and color palette! Just a beautiful home.

I mean it's not like I or pretty much anybody has that kind of money, but for the people that do, I thought it was a good price compared to other mansions I have seen on the market and this channel.

Nice modern design mansion, I like the master bedroom, master bathroom, kitchen, and living room. I like the art in the mansion. the art in the foyer, the million-year-old fossil in the office, the pig statue. I like the waterfall at the entrance.

You showed the motor court, but where is the garage? That's the feature I look forward the most to seeing.

You could make your money back by making it a day spa and art gallery! Very impressive. Not quite my style, but an incredible design.
