As a luxury home designer for 15+ years in Calgary (including a few homes we designed in Silverhorn too!) , I must say I really enjoyed this video. It showcases similar level homes to what we design, and your team did a great job with this. Thanks Brad and Tila!

How’s the weather over there? Is it normal for like a month and an ice cube for the rest of the year?
hands down this property is the best one I've seen this year.

Love this! Atlanta Georgia is a very traditional real estate market with some modern sprinkled in. Fun to see modern at its best! Thanks for the tour ;)

We've just recently sold this one!
Same money you can only buy a 3000 sq house built around 2000 ish in Richmond/Burnaby...Buck to buck, this is worth every penny.
How many bedrooms does this house have? Is there a bedroom on the second floor?
Love the socks B

It's the best. I'd love a spot like that.
2.7 million for that house is wicked deal. I live in BC where 3 bed, 3 bath, 2000 sq ft townhouse goes for 1.3 million plus the townhouse fees. If I could afford that would buy it.
Brad, would it be possible to include the name of the builder? It would be great to see floorpans for these stunning homes!
Mashaallah❤️
Brad might be the nicest home you’ve ever shown?? I’m only about 2.5 mil short.

I can't believe they are building homes with flat roofs in Canada. If you research the Frank Loyd Wright homes he built they have massive water damage from the flat roofs. There is a reason that 4/12 slope is the minimum. In Canada the best roof slope to have is 6 or 8/12 slope. Low slope roofs trap water under the snow and ice and that water has to go somewhere. Are there a lot of Borg in Calgary making this style popular???
@BradMcCallum
3 жыл бұрын
Flat roof design has came alonnnnnng way since then. Not an issue at all when done right, and this roof is predominantly mono slope anyway
Can’t believe a beautiful house like this exists in Calgary

Love watching these tour videos you guys do a great job. Don't have great feedback on West Ridge Fine homes though. While their builds are unique and stunning they built a house next door to us recently and I was really disappointed with how little they cared about the garbage they left in the neighborhood. The house they built is beautiful but we were pulling nails, styrofoam, staples, plastic, you name it out of the yard where our kids play through the whole build. They even left the big sign with their name on it laying in our front yard. What a joke. I tried reaching out to express my concern and they never even bothered replying. Nice houses and you showcase them well but I would never buy a build from this company.
I thought I was watching a hip hop video the way you were bouncing around.....

@BradMcCallum
2 жыл бұрын
@@rodneygreenwell7620 I learned sign language to help a deaf family friend be able to communicate as his hearing wife with bad arthritis had a hard time communicating. I went on to translate for the hearing impaired community in the city I grew up in. Hand movements, expressions, and body movement is HOW we communicated. So for me it is acting normal. But acting normal for me also consists of not making negative comments about people I know nothing about on the internet.
