Listing Description: " Perfectly situated on the edge of national forest land, this modern mountain estate offers the rare opportunity to live off the grid in ultimate luxury. No expense was spared in the 4 year build of this incredible cabin. With nearly fifty acres, including four additional building lots with separate Tax IDs, this property provides the ideal opportunity to create your own family compound or sell off some of the lots.
The home was thoughtfully designed to seamlessly blend the original cabin with a massive addition that was completed in 2022 by Magleby Construction. The inspired design is complimented by state-of-the-art components including a Savant smart-home technology system, power supplied by an extensive 41 kilowatt solar array (including a commercial backup generator), nearly 300 kilowatt hours of battery backup, six 1,000-gallon propane tanks, and an extensive commercial water filtration system that produces some of the most exceptional water you will ever taste with over 1,000 gallons of water storage. @@jacobbauer9812 There's no way those small solar arrays could power the house 100% in winter on an overcast day. A house that size with all that glass and tall ceilings needs 200 kw to heat. Which means it would rely on propane or city power (either way not self-sustaining)

I agree, I appreciate and love how Enes is prepared with all aspects of every property he tours. He’s knowledgeable, articulate, relaxing to watch and listen, his tours offer a gentle inviting flow. Dead right other realtors could take a page from his book. They are overtly excited, disorientated most times, lack history and background knowledge, miss identifying landmark features, and over talk. Enes and Mikey are easy to follow, understand and comfortable tour hosts plus their editing is off the charts perfection. I find it a pleasure to watch every tour they do, but this property really resonates with my soul I keep returning to it after watching sterile modern properties that are amazing but lack the grounding and connection this home embodies. It calls you in its maternal embrace

This. House. Is. Amazing! The fact that it is so solidly built, it comes with all of that land for future builds or to be left alone, your own pond and stream, is off the grid WITH water rights so you don't have to worry about it in the future - is just amazing. In addition, as you said the view will not change since it is a national forest. This is one house I wish I had the money to buy. Amazing place and love the attention to detail. I do have to point out that its not fully "Off Grid". The home is still connected to the grid which allows it to be so large. You would need probably at least twice as many solar modules as you see there to get you through the winter without having the run the generator 24/7. Regardless, it's an amazing piece of property.

Beautiful location and quite a great use merging the old cabin design into a new structure instead of tearing it down. Grew up on the Colorado side of those mountains and don't think I could ever get tired of them. Kinda place I'd buy, despite its home state.

Now, THIS is just about the most impressive log cabin-style home I've ever seen, Enes! The overall scale of the property is magnificent. I absolutely love the copper touches in the master bedroom. I can only imagine how much more beautiful that scenery would be in both the fall and winter. There are only so many superlatives to label a place like this with. I'm just gobsmacked. Thank you for sharing this. 👍👍

I had not seen this magnificent cabin in utha, it is breathtakingly beautiful. I thought the house in the last video was unique, I was wrong, I watched all the videos and I missed this one. I really like the cabins and I didn't know Utah, I love mountain landscapes. That is why this house is the best for me, the mining carts, the Dutch doors, rustic stoves, the romanticism of the rooms are very original. a wonder that leaves you dreaming. It is a beautiful place to relax and get away from the maddening noise of the cities

This house looks absolutely amazing. I found it on Zillow, and it has a $2,520 annual HOA fee. Obviously if i’m spending $26 mil on a house $2.5k is pocket change, however there is ZERO chance I would be a part of any HOA, in that price range, especially if I have 49 acres to myself. That would absolutely be addressed by my lawyers before I signed any purchase paperwork
