woww i love the open window space in the formal dining room. I love the warm neutral tones in this home. “a library for food” was gold😂👏🏽 I love the backsplash to the wet bar! That first guest suite is such a dream 🥲huge and lovely! The placement of the tub under the window. The back of the house is giving caribbean home! The walk in closet in the main suite is sooo tiny but i love the main suites bathtub design. It’s giving a queens home. The hallways inside of the main suite are so long though lol. The main suites bathroom wasn’t impressive, i expected cool unique stuff and the glass windows for the closet looks kind of weird to me lol! But nicely done Jason!!!

What a stunning property. Not sure about those glass walled closets, but it's in your bedroom, not a public space, so, ok I guess. Location on water is perfect for boat/yacht, just couple blocks from inlet to get out on open ocean. Except for all the boat wakes making it a bit rough. Just get a bigger boat, problem solved.

What happens in a hurricane or just an over-crest, high tide event? Does the property have flood insurance, or is it all at the owner's expense? I guess one may never know unless they're serious about buying the property? And what do you tie the boat to? Party time, guests just fall over the edge into the water? Am I missing something?

One of the video clips the editor meant to include in the timeline was deleted or moved from its original location. Essentially a broken link to the file. Looks like his editor uses DaVinci Resolve which is the same software I use. It was quick but I caught it and had to come to the comments to see if anybody else noticed.🙂 No disrespect intended towards his editor (Eric?). These videos are always top notch and superbly put together.

Nice but no privacy

Its a lovely home but, for a family that moves in or visits that have small children, there is no fencing where the water is. You probably understand what I mean when I say that any child who cannot swim. Human Life is important not yachts.
