Yes but I wouldn't say no. Looks like something out of those French films about the decadence of the aristocracy which took them to the gallows.

The amount of gold in this house is unnecessary. Yeah the gold is nice but over exaggerated in this home.

Too OTT!

Oh my. The front and rear elevation and preview looks amazing. Quite lovely. Looking forward to seeing this. Oh my. Victorian. Love the bar and wine cellar. This bar , dining, kitchen area is so pristine. Looks unlivable. Don’t want to spill or drop anything. Wait. There was food in the fridge. Someone lives there now? Spices. Dishes. Stocked pantry. Tesla. That first floor bedroom cannot double as a pool bath. Unless it’s a pool bedroom or lounge and bath for changing. If I were staying in that bedroom, don’t want ppl coming in using my private bath. The pool is amazing. Elevator. Nice. These bedrooms are enormous. His and her showers , toilets and closets. A wet bar in the primary suite. This primary is an apt in itself. 😳. Omg. And only $13 mil. Amazing. I would be walking on eggshells in this home. Wow.

I like the gold, marble its my taste I actually preffer things being "outdated" and overkill makes me happy 😂. I love the yellow too, I guess most young millenials love to be politcally correct and hide their wealth through having a politcally correct modern minimalistic style. My style is this, it reminds me and my fam of trumps house lol.

This house is a bit too formal. It's one of those houses that doesn't make you feel like it's a comfy and cozy place to call home. Plus for anyone that has kids it's hard to imagine children running around in a place like that.

I'm glad to see I'm not alone in my opinion. This house killed it on the outside and killed me on the inside. Too monochrome, too busy. For me, regardless of how big it is, a house has to feel like a home to be lived in. It has to be warm and inviting. Despite the overabundance of warm colors here, the house feels cold and forbidding. There's just too much... everything. It seems like a running theme with these high-value homes, lately. Either they're minimalistic or they're just balls-to-the-wall over the top. Good video as far as the presentation goes. Not your fault the house sucks. :D

I rather have this than a bland modern home with plain white walls and generic hardwood.

This is serious overkill. What irks me, you spend so much money on marble and 24k gold but then don’t go that extra step to have the appliances custom made to match that gold/yellow vibe. Congrats to another well made video. 👏🏻👏🏻🍾

An impressive home in many respects. But it’s over indulgence in the gold baroque styling will limit its appeal more than the $12mm price tag🤷‍♂️

Yeah you can totally tell Jason is not feeling this house. But just like anyone else in real estate they're not allowed to give their real opinion in front of the camera. But I guarantee when that camera got turned off or just before the tour he gave his real opinion.

Jason- the Russian Inspired Gold House- is located at 4200 NE 31st Ave, Lighthouse Point, FL. Not as what you have listed- unless that was done for security reasons. There’s a lot of Russian Mobster types near Pompano Beach.. I met a lot.. some were fake and some must have been the real deal...

Dock I believe is up to 100ft

I like the exterior. The interior is a bit too 18th century château for my liking.
