Can't even imagine living in such an amazing house.

Thank you David of #RoyalPalmProperties for allowing all of us to view this amazing home. Smart family designed with designated areas for all ages of the family. A huge kitchen for gathering and really functional Butler's kitchen that multiple people can actually work in. A modern design that still enables the home owner to personalize it. Shout out to staging company that tastefully furnish th home. There is a good chance that the buyer will ask for the price to include furnishings. Architects that focus on the family using the property always create the best homes and this is a prime example. Thank you Tyler and Jaden for another amazing tour. Always leading edge filming and editing that focuses on the important details to prospective buyers. #Propertygrams

Just needs some espresso machines. Actually the tub with a view was what I thought the Nashville Farmhouse was missing. I don't have many baths but it would be nice to look at the trees/water while soaking.

Yea, the Nashville home could have used a nice window behind the tub. This some nails it with that!

I love your videos more so because cameramen is your friend and I enjoy endless teasing. However I personally would prefer more coverage of the frontage and entrance views. Other aspects are well covered.

Tyler, listen… if you’re going to show a house, SHOW THE HOUSE… please! It’s so frustrating when you say “and here’s another bedroom” or “this is another bathroom or closet” and you don’t show it. It’s beyond frustrating. I don’t want to just take your word for it. I love you guys but this has to change. I don’t want just a two second blip of a partial view of a room. I want to see it. I want to see the bathroom and the closet of EVERY room. Okay? Please? Thank you🌸

Planning and executing our tours involve various elements that influence the final outcome, including resources, time constraints, and unforeseen challenges. Despite these complexities, we wholeheartedly dedicate ourselves to every tour, making on-the-spot decisions to ensure a successful shoot. For this particular tour, 4 out of the 6 bedrooms had detailed walkthroughs. The other room was not staged and called for minimal b-roll & the bedroom on the main floor was overlooked. (it happens) Overall our primary objective is to deliver the overall ambience of a home and often times something gets missed or it's on purpose. Either way, We do aim to get better and your feedback plays a crucial role in achieving that!
