Wow! Gorgeous home! I love the color scheme throughout the home. Do you know the color of the walls? Soft grey? Love the owners suite bathroom. Makeup vanity is a plus for me 😊. The oversized walk in closet is 🔥. If I’m not mistaken I saw an attic that you would enter through the owner suite closet. Correct? Quite large that can be used as another bedroom or storage for Xmas decorations , etc. Love the openness of the Family room/Kitchen area. Fireplace with built in shelving is a plus. 6 seat Island is definitely a plus for a large family or just entertaining. I would definitely have a table set to seat 6 or 8 to fill the large breakfast nook area. Never seen such a large space I like the garage layout. Gym is a great idea for the single car garage 😊 Large backyard ❤ The owners suite bathroom faucet in the wall is neat. Never seen that before. Overall this house was designed to perfection. The entryway to the garage for coats/shoes is pretty popular in most new constructions. My cousin just built a home and that was her husband’s request 😊 Can’t say enough about this gorgeous home. ❤❤

And each is identical in size. The home is so expansive but very cozy. It's made for entertaining but also for those quiet family moments. Thanks for watching, Theodore. Land is at a premium the closer you get to Uptown CLT, so you are going to know your neighbors very well. The price of the dirt determines the cost of the house. There are certainly more economical options a little further out. Appreciate the comment.
