not nice for me....because..not natural so much concrete no organic form....i think we should live more in wood houses and natural forms like nature.....

This is honestly just like watching Matt and Summer lol. They are so similar to them both in voice and in mannerisms.

Don't understand why so many homes have the fridge and freezer on different sides of the room. Would think that having them side-by-side would make it easier for the person preparing the meal to grab everything at the same time when deciding what to cook, or to see what's available.

@@nofurtherwest3474it’s true, the houses in the uk look moldy, with algae on the outside, they don’t clean the roofs and the outside at all.

Very professional and enjoyable presentation . Tom and Jas are as smooth and articulate discussing the property particulars as Matt and Summer. My favourite was the exterior design of the property and fabulous views of the Malvern hills. Worcester town quick tour was a nice bonus .

Nice tour guys...my small criticism is you don't need to point out every single thing you see, "Are you just looking at things saying you love them?....I love lamp" 😅 looking forward to the next one 😁✌️

I started watching this with my eyes closed and thought it was actual Matt and Summer talking 🤣🤣🤣

This lovely home was complimented by such a wonderful tour. Loved the dialogue as the tour progresses. Never felt rushed. Great job guys! Definitely value for money with a luxurious feel.

Like the fact it is nice and modern, different architecture from the usual two up two down houses. I would have sacrificed some of the front and possibly back to make the actual property bigger.

The lot is so huge, I'd put a larger house on it. Some of the rooms feel quite cramped, at least from the video. Nice tour so, thanks for the video!

A Beautiful spacious family home with quality fittings. Magnificent views and the entrance paving to the front door is unique. The garden also is nicely planned to enjoy. The stair case, jacuzzi and out door spa/pool another excellent feature.

Was really interested in buying this property, have been looking at it for 6 months. Today I went on to the estate agents website to find that not only have they taken the whole right hand side of the garden away and put 6 foot boards up directly behind the tree lined avenue, but also increased the price by £200,000!!!!! What a shame it was stunning before they did that but I’m assuming that all that land possibly doesn’t come now in the price of the house now and whilst they’ve built an outdoor pool it’s certainly not worth losing all that land and to add insult to injury adding another £200,000!!! Gosh!

I had wondered if this was still available. Thanks for the update! It truly is a shame!!! They took away the beautiful and valuable adjacent land AND increased the price! You are absolutely correct, the pool is not comparable to what has been lost + the additional price. Shame on them!

What I like about this house is that it could fit anywhere. It would look just as nice in some Mediterranian countries as it would do in England or even in Scandinavia.

Great House, I say if it had at least one more bedroom it would be Perfect, so much garden space that taking a little away for a slightly bigger house would be better, IMO.

Oh my… it’s a normal house for the middle class. It doesn’t even have a swimming-pool! 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ In England everything is so overpriced. It’s ridiculous. 😂🤦‍♀️

Don't expect for a pool in the UK for that price. With a pool you pay more .Even where I live, this type of property you'll pay £2million for this.

I feel like that living room view is wasted out the front. I would much preview to sit in a living space with those beautiful windows and see the backgarden.

tell the girl to toggle optical flow when doing slow mo's is she is using adobe premiere pro to edit, or to film in 50-60 fps so the slow mo's are not choppy but smooth. Will do wonders to your production quality. Some colour grading could also do alot

Noisy door when you closed the freezer cupboard though, resonating in the open space. Would have expected a soft close and/or dampeners rather than the door slamming into the frame.

And in the UK is called the same. There’s too much garden from my point of view, it depends how garden mad you are I suppose. The garden needs some garden designers to plan and plant it, that path is too narrow and straight, needs to twist to give it some wow.

Not far from me... Not sure I like the fit and finish for 1.2 Mil though.. Things I spotted at a quick glance (and I haven't made it to the end yet) Kitchen floor not level Kitchen cupboards don't line up, terrible pointing of the exposed brickwork near the foundation on the rear patio The cladding above the rear patio looks like it would blow off in a strong wind with the gaps and the way some of that doesn't line up The drip flashing has too much over overlap. Nothing that couldn't be fixed mind as overall I do love the layout and the modern trimmings. I'd certainly live there but my OCD would be doing overtime til those things were fixed haha Great views too, pretty much what I have here although my trees are taller so it's hard to see! Great walk round guys
