For those viewing who aren't in North West Surrey, "Hook Heath" is not a place. It's a tiny leafy area (basically houses backing onto a golf course) in the south-west of Woking.

Congratulations on an amazing tour. My favourite parts of the house are the garden and the conservatory connected to the kitchen.

done my army training about 3 miles from this house back in 1973 . pirbright . drank in woking and guildford all the time . lovely area .

Interesting property. I really liked the take on modern styling as it still retained character, it will age well, ... Unlike a lot of black and grey boxes around atm. I Love the Villa esque look and planting.

I must say though, being from South Africa - some of the houses I have seen that you guys are showcasing on your channel - do not come close to the design and architecture of houses we have in South Africa - in this price range. If you google golf estates in South Africa and check out the houses on sale there - you will be amazed how reasonably priced they are - in relation to your prices - but also how beautiful and imaginative they are. In South African Rands, the price of this house would be about R52 million. For this price in South Africa, you would find property that is not ony modern looking - but also breathtaking in design. Check out the houses in just two suburbs: Hyde Park, Sandton (Johannesburg) and Camps Bay (Cape Town) and let me know what you think.

Surrey is pretty expensive area. If you went to a cheaper area you'd get a bigger house. Also in UK property in general has increased significantly in price

1 of the best houses on here in a while. Love the balcony overlooking the garden and woodlands, gives it a balı type feel.

My house is in Ashford and me and my family of 4 are currently in California but thinking of moving back soon. 1 thing is we’re looking for a place in surrey in the Whey bridge and Wraysbury area. I fell in love with the kitchen outside, the pizza oven was a bonus.

I think from the outside it looks okay. But once you get inside I find some of the rooms on the Ground floor to boxy and to small, I also think the Staircase is a health and safety hazard especially the ground step right in the middle. I like the contrast in the kitchen between the black and white with the modern appliances. The bathrooms just look pretty basic if you ask me especially bedroom 1 and bedroom 2.

Always laugh when buyers comment on the furnishings. Really odd to hear realtors do it unless they come with the property

The staircase is dangerous as hell. the non-functioning handrail (aka the glass) is an accident waiting to happen.

Like this home. Going to tell you what I would do.. I would move that dining table back to the sitting area at the windows. I would have someone to build a 1/4 partition with a built in china cabinet facing the dining table and have a smaller table at the other side going towards the kitchen. I wouldn't want to see that coffee maker or wine cooler next to a more formal dining area. I would live there.

Floorplans pleaseeeeeee. Very hard for me and Im sure many others to conceptualise the house and understand its flow without first seeing a floorplan. Otherwise its just a random montage of different rooms

The area and the garden around the house is amazing! The general area is stunning! The decoration is not my cup of tea but the house is really lovely! Especially the conservatory! The staircase and the cone-shaped-basins are pretty ugly though…😒 If you close your eyes, Tom’s Boise sounds like Matt’s!😂 it’s like Matt being behind the camera!

I was disappointed with the top garden thinking there is no room to go out to play for the kids until you went round the corner… it’s fabulous I’d love it

Gorgeous house but the bottom of the stairs looks like a trip hazard (well for me anyway🙂).

The lowered ceiling contains a structural beam presumably. Like the wall separating the two rooms. Real snakeskin floor?! Wouldn’t last a day. The staircase is just fine if you want to lose a toddler between the steps from a great height. The house has had some remodelling as the light switches in one or two rooms are in weird places. Don’t see what the furniture has to do with the house seeing it’s going to move with the owners, although it does show you what the house could contain. The box plants (little round bushes) have got box blight and need to be pulled out and destroyed asap. Probably too late for the remaining plants. Mine had box bought too. Had to throw them away. Weird to see the town where you live on a video. It’s a fair stretch to the station from that house. Trains to London every 5 minutes or so in the rush hour. Takes 35 minutes to Waterloo but you never get a seat - maybe now you’d have a chance if more people are working from home. The train just before 8am used to be on record as the most crowded commuter train in the south. There’s only one productive slate mine left in Wales. Welsh garden slate does come from old mine waste from roofing tiles. That slate may just as well come from abroad, Spain or Brazil, although there’s a mine left in Cornwall, too. There are so many foxes in Woking they probably dine out on that outside BBQ. Badgers, too. Deer probably not so interested in the BBQ! There’s a new shopping centre at Woking with a giant M&S, theatre and cinema. There’s loads of woodland to walk about in, country parks, as well as the canal walks. The McLaren car manufacturer often picks up visitors from Woking station, so there’s a buzz when one of their cars is in the short stay car park.

For that price, I would have expected An outdoor heated pool.

The outbuilding (office & gym) helps to compensate for the lack of a basement. No home theater?

I love the size of the house but not convinced on the interior. I love luxury homes and I think it is the villa theme which I'm not sure of.

Excellent Tom and Jazz... you'll are getting the pulse of what the view to see in the house tours.. Along with the House Floor Plans , Viewer's would like to know the railway Stations Close by and Also Viewer's would like to Know about nearby schools or Colleges , shopping malls or Stores to pick up their daily needs ... .. And every time we see a new Video the 1st Question that comes to mind is , How Far is the property from London ?

Those stairs are killer stairs,can you imagine coming after a few pints, those two steps by the side are dangerous

Ground floor and garden are very nice. However, ground floor has nothing to do with first floor. They could have put the same efforts and attention into the first floor. The bedrooms are too small and too close to one another, they could have cut down the number of rooms and make it more spacious.

Is this house in a Gated Community ?

That is lovely area.. I live not far away. The back yard and garden are great! designed smart and with live character! This outside kitchen and dining, pavilion are amazing! but I need to say that I don’t like this house interior at all.. decor is boring mixed bag of nothing interesting at all. Very much sub standard to exterior. Perhaps it has potential for totally new design and decor but even space and layout doesn’t seems to be half as clever as outside.
